I love the semi-personal classes at Surge Fitness, Serge and Chris are great and are happy to tailor a workout to your specific needs. I've already seen significant gains in just the past 4-5 months. I joined surge fitness to gain weight in a good way and get fit. I spent 6 month at the gym with sergey and it was one of the best decisions i took. He helped me throughout with my diet plan and weekly workout plans. He was very experienced and helped me in all possible ways to push my limits. Sessions are in small group so, that way you will get better attention and learn to workout properly. I would definitely recommend this fitness center to anyone who want to gain or loose weight or get fit.

Have just completed my first three months at Surge Fitness and it's been incredible so far. The coaches are all attentive, experienced and ready to help. Small groups mean you get constant 1:1 attention from your coach, so you learn to do the exercises properly. They're GOING to push you to stretch your limits, but it is all done safely and with a solid sense of humor. Thanks Sergey!

I thoroughly enjoy my trainings at Surge Fitness. I am never a big fan of big commercial gym and those fancy equipments that doesn't drive results.The quality of the trainers and the results is what I am looking for. The trainers at Surge Fitness are knowledgeable, fun, and they keep you accountable. The classes are small so you'll receive the attention you need to achieve your goals. They work with you based on your personal experience with fitness so it's good for beginners or someone just looking for changes in their fitness routine. Pricing is very fair especially considering the costs for other gyms in the area.

Highly recommend training with Sergey at Surge Fitness! He really pushes you to your fullest potential. Only lasted a week here. Two of my classes were canceled (including the very first one I signed up for). Facilities are far from impressive (you're in a basement with minimal equipment). I did like the trainer I spent two sessions with but for the $/month, it's hard to see why a membership here is worth it.

Elena has been training me for past 6 months and the results that I am witnessing and my friends/family as well is phenomenal. I am a squash player and was first introduced to the surge fitness/functional training 6 months ago by a friend. And I am so happy and thankful for that.
Elena is results oriented but at the same she ensures the technique is not compromised at all. I feel awesome , stronger, leaner and faster on the squash court because of her. I highly recommend her if you want to take your fitness to the next level.

I started my membership about 3 months ago coming from a yoga/barre background and absolutely zero weigh-training experience. I was worried about getting the form right and looking silly, but honestly the instructors all make you feel comfortable (mentally!). I usually attend small-group in the evening, so I see a lot of Sergey and Elena. I'm really impressed with how they can remember each client's goals and current abilities. They know when to push you without making you feel intimidated. They also know when you honestly can't do any more and need to sit down, ha. I ALWAYS feel

The gym is no frills, and Sergey is the trainer you need to see consistent results. He personalizes circuits tailored to reach long-term goals and while a group session consists of four to five people, Sergey is very good about providing one-on-one attention to each of his clients. He gets the job done. After training like this, I don't think I can ever go back to a regular gym. I am never bored; I feel challenged; I get support when I need it; and most importantly, I see results after every session. Surge Fitness is an investment well worth it.

Surge Fitness is the place that helped me see the change in my body. I love all the trainers especially the owner Sergio who has taught me the right technique of doing a squat and has helped to build up my strength. It's a unique class that challenges you to get leaner and stronger day by day.

Joining Surge Fitness is one of the highlights of my fitness journey. I remember when I first started I keep telling Sergey that I can't lift certain amount of weights and do some exercises because honestly I wasn't really knowledgeable enough about it. I've been to my fair share of NY/JC gyms, worked with a couple personal trainers and tried the group classes thing; let's just say, I was never consistent and found more excuses NOT to continue working out.

A friend of mine recommended I try Surge Fitness and I can't thank her enough for the introduction. 10 months in and I now plan my weeks around working out (which is currently 3-4 days a week). I've gone to a ton of gyms, private trainers and workout classes. I was bored of my workouts and also have a few old injuries. When I was looking for a new place to workout, I came across Surge Fitness. I really didn't want a Cross Fit type gym or a group class because of my injuries. The owner assured me that this wasn't going to be like that.

After going there for about 5 weeks, I'm completely addicted and always look forward to going back. The workouts are customized just for you and nobody is doing the same workout. It's personalized workouts in a very small group

I have been going to Surge Fitness since January of this year and have seen a difference and overall very happy with the results. I think the biggest hurdle was mentally pushing myself but Sergey and his team really push you and get you motivated.

All of Sergey's trainers care about their clients and want to see results. The workouts are challenging but are tailored to everyone's needs which I really like. I went from not being able to do a push up to now having upper body strength that helps me even in my day-to-day life/routine.

I've been a client of Sergey for over a year and I have to say it's the one gym program I've stuck with, and that has actually gotten me in great shape. I've tried other workout programs on my own or with gyms that have larger group classes, but I felt lazy on my own and lost in the sea of faces in class.

I love love love Surge Fitness!!!! I've been fit and active for most of my life. However, I have not seen results this fast!!! It's not rocket science. Just listen to what he tells you to do and you will see results! I have never had a trainer who is so passionate about results as much as I am!!

The reason why I came to Surge is through my friend who also is a die hard fan. I saw her results and I said I must go too! I'm in week 12 and so far I have lost 12 pounds, 6 percent body fat and 9 inches all around. I can't believe it!!!!! People are noticing and I feel amazing

Surge Fitness is the place to be if you want to reach your fitness goals realistically!! I hit the Surge Fitness gym about 2 months back when my little one was just above an year and I wanted to be back in shape. Since then it has been downhill journey on the weighing scale and inches! Sergey and Surge Fitness are great - do yourself a favor and get started already. I am generally fit but not very strong and I was not focused in my efforts to achieve the goals I wanted. Truthfully I only had a vague idea of what I needed to be doing but not a targeted plan and I had no accountability.
