They don’t care about you at all! We literally just had a hurricane at the end of August and as soon as they got the power running to full power 2 weeks after the hurricane!! there asking you to pay FULL RENT!!! When we haven’t been occupying our home for the first 2 weeks of the month! DONT RENT HERE

I moved into these apartments I’m during the prime of the pandemic and they were very caring and helpful. I really appreciate the office staff they are very welcoming and genuine people. They always make sure things get done promptly. I have this amazing apartment with a pool view that always makes me feel like I’m at the beach.

Do Not Move Here. I've had a very unpleasant experience, and will be moving to another complex instead of renewing my lease. The property manager Cecilia knocked on my door at 8:30 am to tell me she could smell weed coming from my apartment. She then proceeded to pull her mask down and sniff inside, but there was no smell, or weed present. She then proceeded to say she has every right to do that, instead of being somewhat remorseful. She is beyond rude.

I've been living here for a little over 6 months now, and really enjoy it. I've only had a couple of issues in my apartment, which were resolved on the same day. My apartment isn't huge but the layout is very well thought out so it feels and looks much bigger. The community is very quiet, and I never hear my neighbors. Also, the pool is super nice. It really does look and feel like a resort pool. Plus, there's a cute little gym. It's small, but has everything you would need and it's empty nine times out of ten. The only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking

Be careful, they will nickel and dime you when you try to leave. I was month to month and left for a new job. Even if you're month to month they require 60 days notice, which I gave. I physically left before the end of my 60 days but completely agreed to paying whatever forward rent I had to the end of the 60 days. I gave them my keys early WITH A CLEAR VERBAL AGREEMENT that I would be paying until the end of my lease and it wouldn't effect anything with my deposit or incur any fees.
A month or so later I get a bill saying I FORFEITED MY DEPOSIT by giving my keys early. If I had known

When we first moved in I originally recommended this complex to one of my good friends, he came and did all the paper work and everything and just had to come to next day to drop off the money. When he came the next day they had given the apartment to someone else after telling him all he needs to do was bring the money the next day so I absolutely will not recommend to anyone now. Though I understand the parking lot is under construction to be improved I just don't understand how you could block off such a huge part of the parking lot knowing it is filled ALL the time. The Terraces II is an excellent place to live. Danielle is fantastic, and the other tenants are all very respectful. Parking is always available around the building, and the common laundry area is kept clean and has plenty of machines in working order. I used the gym often (or sometimes just relaxed in the massage chair and watched TV), and though I never personally used the pool or hot tub, there was almost always someone out there enjoying them - and again, they were always kept nice and clean.
