They made the application process so easy. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are well kept. I feel safe in the foyer area, even at night because it's gated & well lit. The tenants are quiet and so far my experience has been wonderful. Only had one issue with the AC so far, but maintenance took care of it while I was at work, I came home to it being resolved. I'm beyond appreciative for this place being here, so close to my job as well.

I am a repeat resident at Levee Run Apartments. I move back because I wanted to be closer to work. I called the maintenance line to let them know that my AC wasn't working in which I was informed that I could not be serviced tonight! I'm so aggravated because I have two young kids which I'm trying to understand how am I going to keep them cool?! My apartment request for
things to be done is not getting answered not even with addition to my request tonight in which the Thermostat reading 87😒
