I like the place the staff are horrible I've been here 8 to 9 months pay my rent on time every month. I had issues moving into my apartment which are fix now which is great not a issue but the staff will go into your apartment when you're not home and will lie to you in your face also it's like they intentionally trying to make me uncomfortable the staff member I complained about they moved right across from me after knowing the issue I've had with the staff it's really sad 😔 I just cry and pray every night because I try so hard to stay on my feet bit devil is always busy I pay 930$ to be stressed

I'm always really impressed with them. I have not been feeling well and woke up with my power off today. I could not find the outside breakers at first, they had somebody here immediately to help! I'm glad to be in the comfort of my own home and Air conditioning. Thank you to Celia, Stephanie, and the kind maintenance man who came all the way from the West Bank

I’ve lives here for 2.5 years. I absolutely adore my loves Cilia and Steph’ in the front office! They’re always so helpful with anything I need, including getting me help with any repairs, which I rarely need. I live on the 3rd floor and have a beautiful, lofted apartment. Everyone compliments my kitchen :) perfect for my first place on my own. Rent is fairly priced as well for what you’re getting: a place you feel safe anytime of night/day, updated apartments as well as a renovated complex, and a staff you can depend on :) I would only leave if I were to buy my own house.

I initiated a rental inquiry with this apartment complex on September 27,2021. I was informed the unit would be available for move in on October 17,2021. I asked to see the unit prior to moving in and was told it was occupied so I couldn’t see it however I would be sent photos of a comparable unit. I paid a $300 security Deposit and a $50 application fee. I was approved for the apartment. I kept communicating with the office manager Cicila on the status of the apartment. The office staff is very friendly and tentative to your needs. The maintenance staff is very considerate and efficient in repairs. They have so many nice amenities, such as the secure passcode gates, gym, internet lounge, and clean laundry room. I’ve seen many apartment complex pools and this is is by far the nicest.

I applied for a one bedroom apartment, and was told I would be accepted with a Co-signer... I did that and was still denied because my Guarantor "did not have good credit" and "my credit was better than hers"... but her credit score is almost a 650, which is better than mine, and she makes 5.5x the rent. So they LIED TO ME! Nor was I able to put down a double deposit. I have been discriminated against and lied to.

Imagine living in apartment community and never having any problems to suddenly being told you have to move out and we don’t have to give you a reason.... you would do better not stopping here as a place to reside. Don’t waste your time hidden fees within in rent that no one fully understands or bothered to explain well.

Do not move here!!!!Rats chewed a hole into apartment that never got fixed. You can see the rats from balcony running on the fence, and also can hear the rats at night in the walls. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors fighting. The toilet runs day and night. The pool next to my door has people in it after hours everyday.The property manager Cecilia was horrible, rude, and very unprofessional. She knocked on my door at 8am!! Made false accusations, and proceeded to pull her mask down during COVID to sniff my apartment. Do not waste your money moving here!

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I have to say....this is the easiest 2 years of having to deal with living in apartments. The manager, Mrs. Cilia, and Mrs. Stephanie have been extremely helpful since day 1 and any problem that has occurred, they have done their absolute best to fix it. Mrs. Cilia always makes sure the Terraces looks up to par and you can tell the complex is properly taken care of. The best thing is that we were able to live here with our Pitbull, if you have a Pit, you know the struggle.

Boy has this place turned around. Ever since the new girls in the office. Melissa and Colleen have come in. The entire energy of the place has gotten more positive, inviting, and friendly.
