I have nothing but great things to say about my time spent at the Arts! Our 1 bedroom was exactly what we needed at the time; laundry in unit, beautiful granite counters in the kitchen, and new wood floors. The staff and maintenance crew were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and timely. Definitely would recommend!!

My husband and I lived here for 2.5 years and we loved it here. The apartments are beautiful and clean (much nicer than any other options in metairie at this price), and you could not ask for better management and staff. Danielle and Tiana are literal angels. They are so sweet and will always work to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. They also organize so many fun community events (even socially distanced ones during Covid!) This place is great! It’s a very quiet area with friendly neighbors. The living space is beautiful and renovated. The front office staff is very kind and helpful along with the maintenance crew, who always responds to an emergency maintenance whenever I had an issue no matter the time. Very sad that I have to go. But I really do recommend this place!

My husband and I moved in about 4 months ago and we love it here. The complex is gated and very secure. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough about how amazing Danielle is, you can really tell how much she cares about the residents. Also our apartment is really nice. It’s incredibly spacious for a one bedroom and has so many nice little details that most cookie-cutter complex apartments lack. The area is safe and the grounds are so well-kept and pretty.
