I put in an application about two weeks ago and I read the fine print where it said you wouldn’t receive your application fee back which is fine but the pre approval deposit it did not say it was non refundable but yet I called and they said I couldn’t get my money back

Great People in the office. They are very professional and helpful. My move in process went very smooth thanks to Miss Christine. My apartment was very nice and clean as well. I definitely recommend them if your looking for somewhere great to live .

My husband and I were approved for an apartment last year. He was sent an email with the number, lease terms and all we needed to do was give them the move in costs and we had the keys. We traveled from AZ only to stay with my sister in law and getting an email saying "We're sorry, but you are not approved. We will give you back the application fee." Very inconvenient as we moved our family to buy a home when we got the approval from management.

My experience with Carrington Green has been amazing since my family and moved here from South Carolina! Every one in the front office are amazing especially Christine! I was dealing with some unforseen circumstances that had an effect on my rent posting on time and she was so concerned and encouraging during my ordeal. I can not thank her enough! I am very satisfied with my decision to call this place home for now for my family and I!

I had the pleasure of visiting Carrington Green apartments and I must say it is a hidden gem in Henry county. I was greeted by Crystal, Lynett and the Christine and I immediately felt welcomed. They really took the time to get to know me and my needs. The property was very nice and quiet. After the tour I wanted to move in immediately but I was looking for a two bedroom and they didn’t have any available at this time. But I will be checking in for availabilities in the future.

So far I have been approved and waiting to move in this month. Krystal has helped me through all the paperwork and approval process. The unit I seen was BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! The gates actually work and the grounds are CLEAN and well taken care of. I am very excited to move in. Hopefully I can update later with more good reviews.
