Please do not move here. My niece is having a horrible experience with the neighbors and the office staff is no help. The turn over rate for office staff is ridiculous. She has made several complaints of the neighbor banging on the ceiling, and is constantly causing problems for no reason; not one complaint has been documented. UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! She has even contacted HCPD to file a complaint. At this point, I have instructed her to contact the corporate office tomorrow because they have agreed to move her to another unit but for a $300 fee. UNBELIEVABLE and UNACCEPTABLE!!! Hopefully

Ok First let’s start with no one ever answers the phone at your leasing office. that’s the first problem .the second problem is my daughter has been living over there for 2 1/2 years and every time someone comes into her apartment they never let her know. that’s a problem .third she has mold I’ve been trying to reach someone in your corporate office for the last month and a half to take care of this however you guys are too busy my next step is to go ahead and take this turn attorney and social media to get her help ‼️ if I can’t hear from anybody and publicly make sure to let people

I’ve been living here a couple years now. At first my experience was pleasant enough to renew my lease. They are under new management. The dumpster has not been dump in weeks. I’ve had a Maintenance issue for over a month and no one has come to my apartment to resolve the issue. I called the front office twice, no help, he then gave me a number where I was suppose to be able to reach the property manger, who I never was able to speak with. It’s unacceptable, and very unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache.

I had an amazing tour experience with Jermani! He politely (and patiently!) answered all of my questions and made sure that I was fully aware of all the amenities that would come with my dream apartment. The model was absolutely beautiful and I had nothing but amazing things to say about it. I look forward to making Crossings my future home!

So wish I could give less than a one star.... the lack of professionalism the staff has, when dealing with the public just amazes me!!! I have been trying to get in touch with the property manager for 3 days now. Still NO PHONE CALL, EMAIL, NOTHING!!! Only been here a couple of years or so, and it’s getting worse. I've been in senior management for 20 plus years, and the first thing I look at is the customer service. There is a way to talk to people and the so-called employees here are horrible. Can't wait to move on!
