At first glance these apartments seem nice, but what they don't tell you is that the walls and floors are literally PAPER THIN. You can even hear people use their restroom (I'm not even joking... I seriously wish I was). I got lucky and have a very respectful neighbor above me... We both came to the conclusion that the floors are literally paper thin. The walls and floors are so thin it really doesn't even feel like an apartment... It feels like you're in college dorms. Also, cars and trucks with extremely loud mufflers are a serious problem that plagues this apartment complex... If you enjoy being

Be careful of extremely loud disrespectful neighbors who constantly jump and make plenty noise, sounding like an earth quake, even after you've made complaints to them and the office. If you have them, good luck sleeping because this place isn't sound-proof, and it won't be fixed. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay as long as you have respectful people within your area.

This was my first experience being in An apartment , and the front office made it one to remember . They always were professional and available and any questions I had they were always informative . In my experience I never had any major problems . I only had one minor problem which was barely a problem because They moved so fast to fix it but other than that nothing ever broke down , the AC and heat never needed to be fixed . I never had a problem with parking ,(sometimes the Tenants above us was very loud but that’s not Haddon place fault) but overall we didn’t have problems with neighbors

I would like to give our Maintenance Crew. A lot of big Kudos! Many of you don't know about the long hours they are working keeping our Complex clean and doing repairs in a timely manner. These guys go through the parking lot every morning picking up trash(which they shouldn't have to do because we are all adults and should know how to dispose of… it properly)! I live on the side where I see them come in to work and most of the time I see them leave at night. Over the last month and a half they have been coming in early and some nights not leaving til almost 10 or later trying to make sure
