I just recently moved in. This is the first complex I’ve moved to and the ground is awful. A whole bag of garbage in the road within the complex and trash everywhere. Normally, maintenance makes sure the grounds are kept clean at other locations I’ve lived. I’m literally scared now because I just read several reviews on Apartment Finder stating guns being pulled on people in the parking lot and complaints about maintenance. This is not good. I was trying to move somewhere where I can feel comfortable and safe. I don’t understand why maintenance issues are checked at the time of move in

I visited this location to look for temporary housing while my home is being build. I must say The property is beautiful and Irish was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The grounds were well maintained and the unit is simply adorable. I have not chosen an apt yet however this location is a contender for sure

My roommate and I moved into our first ever apartment almost a month ago at Echelon Park. Taking away from the basic stressors of moving to a new state, and to your own apartment for the first time, I greatly appreciate how hospitable the Echelon manager/staff has been. They have done everything in their power to give us the best experience thus far. My roommate and I remembered how kind and helpful they were when we were touring, and it pushed our decision to move on in! We have loved living here so far and the front office is really good with settling any type of conflict head on and getting

I went in and helped my son move in over a month ago. There was things noted and turned in that needed to be fixed at that time. Currently, a month later these items still have not been fixed properly. Patching things up is not fixing the problem. When I go to visit, there is trash at the entry before we can get through the gates. I noticed mold underneath the cabinet area where the sink had been leaking and the maintenance was called. They painted over the area and did not fix it. When trying to address these issues, the staff has been negligent and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Honestly this apartment complex is beautiful. The workers inside are so helpful and sincere. The only thing I would have to say is that the complex as a whole has a infestation problem. When I had moved in I can't even say how many roaches were already dead in there as I was cleaning. I bought a spray and always sprayed and had them come in and spray once a week. It did minimize it but the roaches kept coming and it's because of the complex as a whole. I don't know about anyone else but roaches disgust me.
