The previous review about Mr. Loudermilk’s house was not at all accurate according to the home inspection report my client received. I am the realtor that had the buyer who ordered this inspection. The things Mr. Loudermilk failed to mention were there were SEVERAL possible structural problems that raised major concerns and the buyers chose to walk away from the purchase. I have used Michael Hancock and Associates for many years and they have always done a wonderful job for our clients. I highly recommend Clay as a professional home inspector who cares about his clients.

This firm inspected my home prior to sale. Fortunately, I received a copy of his report. I felt obliged to provide this review since his one other reviewer (since removed by Google) has many reviews of home inspectors nationwide with no real comments and all five stars. After some research, he is affiliated with a marketing firm. I looked up the websites of some of the other home inspectors he’s reviewed, and their websites are identical to the one this firm uses except for different names and background pictures. He is most likely a paid professional reviewer and website developer. On my inspection
