I am a registered civil/ structural engineer in the state of Alabama, as well as a registered home inspector. I perform home inspections and structural inspections and provide certified reports separately or collectively. Being registered in both specialties, I am usually able to save the client money.
After owning and managing his Consulting Engineering firm beginning in 1963, Mr. Worley made the decision in 2007 to focus on the inspection and reporting aspects of construction inspection and structural engineering. He realized his unique position among other inspectors as being a licensed professional engineer as well as being a regular home inspector.
