I have used Johnny on four different occasions to inspect investment properties. I like working with him because he's reliable, communicates well, and most importantly, I trust him. He also typically has one or two inspectors with him which really helps streamlines the inspection and gets the inspection report to me very quickly which is important for my business.

Being in the insurance business it’s important to know what you are covering. Whenever possible we obtain prelisting inspections before binding coverage. Frazier is consistently one of the most thorough, giving their client the opportunity to know what they are investing in and what we are covering.

I hired Frazier for a home inspection on a home I was buying. A few weeks after I moved in, I noticed a small roof leak while in the attic. They missed the lower attic during the inspection. They were very professional and really quick to take care of the issue. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you again!!

Frazier inspections was very thorough. Every detail was inspected. All data was available soon after the inspection Johnny was very patient in explaining all the details. Johnny and his crew worked seamlessly with my realtor and gave a thorough report with pictures. Frazier did our home inspection today and exceeded our expectations. We weren’t able to be at the property and were worried. He went over any questions with us after he sent us our report (1 hour after inspection,) and we were extremely impressed with how thorough the report was. I highly recommend him!

Frazier Home Inspections has been providing my clients with superior service and professionalism for years. His team is efficient but consistently thorough and very knowledgeable so they are able to deliver a full report that helps a buyer better understand the condition of the home. Mr. Frazier always makes himself available for follow up questions. They are respectful of the homeowners belongings if the home is occupied and they are careful to always put things back. Frazier Home Inspections is the best home inspection company. I am a real estate agent and use him for all my clients (with their consent). He is very thorough and quick to get reports back. His price is also very reasonable. His reports are easy to understand and ask for repairs from sellers. I would recommend him for anyone needed an inspection or radon testing.
