Mr. Benton did a wonderful job inspecting a potential property we were going to purchase. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and the 90 day warranty...for FREE...was a bonus! Tim was able to accommodate us on short notice and did a very thorough job. His experience as a building contractor puts him above the competition. I was surprised in my search at how many home inspectors are only "school trained". In addition, he also provides a 90 day warranty through American Home Warranty that covers items that may have been unintentionally missed as well as being less expensive than all of the other inspectors that I contacted.
