I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Dyer's home inspection services. He went out of his way to find the house that wasn't in Google maps yet. He even arrived early and began the exterior inspection before I arrived. Mr. Dyer is incredibly knowledgeable and takes his time to explain to you, in detail why he does something, what he is looking for and what the homeowner or builder needs to do to correct an issue. Not only is he professional, he is honest to a fault.

We called Mr. Dyer back as we were extremely satisfied with the first inspection he did for us. It was the attention to detail and detailed report that allowed us to make an informed decision and back out of the purchase.
Moving ahead, when it came time to have another home inspection done, there was no doubt in my mind who to call, Scot Dyer. Mr Dyer was able to accommodate us with 2 days notice, Great Service.
So as stated in a previous review, I have no problems recommending him, in fact you would be remiss in not using him.

Mr. Dyer performed a very thorough inspection and identified issues of which I was unaware. He was very efficient and diligent throughout the inspection process. Upon completion of the inspection, he explained all of the findings and the basis for his comments. The report I received was timely, extremely well documented, complete and included photographs of problem areas.

Was able to call and schedule my new home inspection quickly. Mr Dyer arrived early and spent quite a bit of time going through everything in my house. about 48 hours later i received my detailed report with pictures that resulted in 5 fixes our home builder had to make prior to closing. Very pleased with the service. would recommend and would use in the future.
