As a trusted Certified Professional Property Inspector, completing Residential Home and Commercial Inspections. He is certified through InterNACHI and the State of Tennessee. He has over 30 years of experience in building trades.

Excellent inspection report he’s easy to talk to on the phone. I did not meet him in person during our business but when use him again in the future, I will definitely want to shake his hand next time! He explained everything I asked, and even what I forgot to ask! (I’m a first time buyer) Very transparent, I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Jeff was very detailed in the information he collected from the house, as well as had pictures/videos on each item.
