Services
It is my promise to provide the most thorough evaluation of your prospected home. My inspection will not stop until I am 100% confidant that every aspect of the home is evaluated. After working with Lowe's Home Improvement for over 15 years, I began Fort Knox Home Inspections to pursue an area of work that I could utilize my skills to better the home buying experience for all.
Our services will give you the most detailed look at the quality of your future Dream Home. A home inspection is a critical part of the real-estate process. Whether you are buying or selling a home, a home inspection gives you an in depth look at the long standing value of a home.
If you are buying a home, an inspection will show you the quality and safety of the home, as well as information on any current problems with the home from plumbing to appliances. If you are selling a home, an inspection will allow you to see any problems with your home before you list it so you can repair any deficiencies and avoid any repair demands or related negotiations from buyers after their home inspection.

Nathan was fantastic. On time, courteous, reasonably priced, has additional resources that are quality inspectors as well, termite inspection, etc. His technology showed things that couldn’t be seen by the eye aiding in decision process for purchase. All-around fantastic guy and well-managed business

We loved working with Nathan! He went out of his way to meet our timetable and provided us with a very thorough, easy to understand report. He even made himself available to answer any follow up questions we had and responded to us promptly. Nathsn helped make the home buying process less stressful! We would highly recommend Fort-KNOX.
