False advertisement: no breakfast whatsoever, free parking is limited and no elevators to our room.
customer service: good but could be better. they will check you in real quick but will speak in spanish to each other for the most part. speak whatever you want to each other just not when guests arrive ya kno?
rooms: rooms were clean and smelled like bleach which actually didn't bother me. walls were really thin so you could everything. but overall, i probably would find a better place.

It was nice and close to the beach. Only 1 block. Not much parking but parking is free. Rooms are beautiful and clean. No beach view because the big hotel blocks that. Bad part is the laundry and pool are located at the other hotel 2 blocks down. Not all washers worked. The one that did took my quarters and said error 2 times before it started. They have no change machine. Also the vending machine took my 5$ bill and gave me no change back for 1 soda so beware. They could also improve their courtyard with more tables and chairs. Close to PB shops and restaurants. Quiet. Smells fresh. Microwaves

Pictures on the website are not comparable to the actual rooms. Standard motel but rooms were dingy and several things were broken in mine (remote control, hair dryer, AC). I also thought there was a pool but apparently it's located at a different hotel? There are much better standard hotels in PB that are much better for the price; would not recommend this place.

I have never been to San Diego before, and I have to say I am IN LOVE with everything about this city. This little hotel is so adorable! We fell in love as soon as we got into our room. We were only going to stay one night, but didn’t want to leave the place, so we stayed for two. The first night we got the premium 2 queen room. We were on the 3rd floor, and it is a walk up It’s totally worth the climb! Our room was all windows, it was amazing! It was very clean and decorated so cutely. There is a rooftop balcony with shaded tables and you can see the ocean. The second night we had to move

Looked like it was a great location is why we booked it along with the free breakfast. After checking in to this place we notice few parking spots. Lady at front desk said that's because we have to many people here. And we can't guarantee a parking spot foe our guest.What? Woke up the next morning to find no continental breakfast, was told it was due to covid. Perhaps remove it from your site that you offer it and notify the guest when they arrive.

There were a few issues with our room but what could be fix the the gentleman that came out fixed everything except the ceiling fan and it's pretty humid so the air conditioner is set so cold I tried lowering it and it goes down to 54 which makes it too hot they didn't have really clean towels they gave me clean towels today and they've got stains on them that wasn't happy with that it's a few steps away from the beach though so that's the plus side of it online he tries to tell you that this room is $120 no try a hundred and fifty dollars and four for four nights with seven hundred and something

Complete waste of hard earned money. Just stayed here in August of 2021 there were cockroaches in the room. The air conditioner leaked. the entire room smelled like sewage and we cannot get washcloths.there are more reasons but it was a complete disaster. I have stayed here in the past about 3 years ago it was much nicer The bed was also horribly old and broke our backs and the customer service was not very good.

It doesn't look anything like the photo and the pool is blocks away. They didn't give us any towels, we had to get them and they didn't have any wash rags. They were supposed to run the credit cards separately for each room and they charged everything on one. Great location, though, just a couple blocks off the beach, photo below.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the room itself was a little outdated and super tiny. We had a room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4 and every one of us had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom. The sheets are a bit itchy and super thin so bring your own pillows and blankets. The worst part was the mold growing on the AC vents which grossed us out more than I can explain. Thank goodness we only stayed here one night. It's a good distance from the beach and shops but I would spend money elsewhere.

Very close to the beach but very worn out rooms . Our room had a lot of damage to it the mirror was cracked and the latch lock on the door was broken off so it was a little unsettling safety wise. However the sheets were clean and so was the rest of the room. Perfect for any young adults if you just need a place to crash out after partying. The hotel staff was super nice. Don't try and call this place though they don't seem to have a working phone number you can email them which is on their website.

Me and my family stayed for two nights and the place was super dated! The towel rack fell off, the room smelled of old sandbags, the bathroom was dirty, the main door was offset showing the outside, the outlets overheated every device that was plugged in, and on top of that the limited parking could not accommodate all of the guests. The price paid was literally for the location I am grateful for that but everything else was a total disappointment, the pictures definitely need to be updated to reflect the current conditions of this place!!

Upon arriving our room smelt like something had died in it, we then realized it was coming from the drain in the shower...i called front desk about the situation and there wasn't much they could do for us as we stayed around the busiest time.. Rooms were a little ran down and high priced but location was great.

Staff could care less if you are there or not. If you ask a question good luck getting an answer.
The cleaning staff must forget or maybe just don't see a years worth of grubby fingerprints on the closet and bathroom doors.
Your feet stick to the carpet.
There's friendlier dumps you can stay at, I'd recommend that.

Despite the location, the hotel/motel is nothing to write home about. The customer service here is greatly lacking (no smiling at the front desk or continental breakfast as stated during booking). Since I usually skip on room service during stays, I had to pick up towels twice during our 8 days stay and once the front desk advised me no hand towels were available nor wash cloths, and another time only 2 bath towels were provided, as if the towels were coming out of their paycheck. They were not very friendly or welcoming upon check in. Cockroaches were discovered on numerous occasions crawling

One of the cheaper hotels on Pacific Beach. The room we stayed in was small and had a few dings here and there but it was also clean and had no smells. No refrigerator, but it does have a microwave. Shower and bathroom are pretty with nice hot water. Staff seem to be efficient and get straight to the point. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is free, you get a tag to put in your window. Note: this property also owns Pacific Beach Inn and so staying here will allow access to PB Inn's pool and parking.

Simple, clean, and comfortable inn. If you're looking for a basic place close to the ocean and all of the pacific beach shops it's perfect.
The service was fine, parking was a little tight but we always had a spot. The Wi-Fi and parking were free and the breakfast included pastries and coffee.
It smelled a little weird I think the cleaning products are very scented. If you're sensitive to smells maybe look elsewhere.

The only good things about this place are its proximity to the beach and the fact that there's a bed to sleep in. I wasn't expecting a resort-level hotel, but I'd at least hope for minimum service.
