TRASH!!!!!!!! Management NEVER knows what's going on, they can't keep employees, there's only ONE maintenance man, they always have to "get back with you", oh and they will avoid you and be "unavailable" if they think you're a nuisance. A 1 star rating is too generous! The only good thing is they're CHEAP, and you get EXACTLY what you pay for.

I just moved out of here last week and they're keeping my entire security deposit for damages that were already in the apartment when we got there. When I called to ask for an itemized receipt of all the damages we were being charged for, the gentleman in the office said he couldn't give me one. I emailed the company itself to ask for one and still haven't heard back. We took pictures and video of before we moved in and after we left and also gave them a very detailed list of all damages already there. Ranging from graffiti on the walls, to water damage from leaking windows and pipes, to having

I would give this place a zero if I could. This place has the most disgusting grounds, garbage and feces everywhere. Water is shut off at least once a week. The decks and walk ways up stairs are rotten and you can never reach anyone about the issues. We have been trying for months now and nothing. Don't waste your time or money.

Changed my mind...this place is awful. No water again. Took them 4 months to fix the hole in my bathroom ceiling from a terrible AC leak. If you call to report anything they act like you are a nuisance. This is not a good place to live at all. RUN!!!!
Keener Management and the staff have proven that positive changes are in the making. Briana, Natasha and Chris are all very welcoming and work hard to make sure your apartment home are exactly the way you prefer your living space. I am amazed at how big and roomy the 2/1 is. I like that I have the feel of a small home versus an apartment

Me and my fiancé paid $1380 after being shown a 2 bed 2 bath remodeled floor plan. The day of our move in date we got the keys and when we walked it was not remodeled. And was only 2 bed 1 bath. When i went and talked to the guy in the office he had the property manager call me. He called me and told me there’s pretty much nothing he can do and had an attitude as if we were the ones that messed up? Also told me it could take up to 30 days to get my refund. If i could give this place 0 stars i would.

Nothing but problems since I moved in June 2020. Old property manager would never answer the phone. Maintenance request wouldn't get solved in a timely manner. My apartment is falling apart but no one will come look at it. Air conditioners been out for almost two days still haven't even received a call from the maintenance people yet. Kept the pool lockdown all summer pretty much. Non-stop Plumbing issues. The apartment I was supposed to move into was supposed to be remodeled. They painted over the Outlets. The lights hanging under the ceiling fan in the master bedroom are hanging by wires. Paint

I really hate to even do this, but honestly save yourself the trouble, look elsewhere. For the amount I pay here, and the space i get, i honestly thought it was a good deal and I could look past the flaws, but unfortunately it isn't worth the rent or headache.
The stick on floor is peeling, the cabinets aren't made well and some drawers don't even slide properly, they just hang. I had to call about my dish washer multiple times until i just decided to stop. I don't even use it. And now water is coming from behind the walls and leaking to my floor in the downstairs bathroom. Harborwalk has been so good to me since i moved in. Briana, the apartment manager, has been very communicative about what is happening on the property and she is very nice as well. I live in 3 bedroom and pay 1400 and I could not be happier. I love the floor plans and the fireplace. Thank you Keener. Keep it up!
