Management of this property is very poor! I have been out of the apartment since September and STILL waiting on my Deposit to be returned (12/9/21) and all I get from them is "it should be on the way" I have been calling now for three week with no resolution and all I continue to hear is we have contacted corporate or it should be in the mail. This is from the manager and assistant manager.

The level of professionalism is far as Poor quality and way past that point, they told me, the last management company was doing illegal business and that’s why I’m getting random charges on my bill. With no detail explanation, when I ask for detail information and ask for the Regional manager they told me, the regional manager dosent want to talk to me, and they cannot give me the information, so basically she say, shut up and deal with it, all I was asking is for detail information so I can understand the charge on my bill. she say it was complicated. if someone from corporate see

YOU WON'T BELIEVE THE BAIT AND SWITCH THEY TRIED TO PULL ON ME.
Before applying to this apartment complex, we were promised 250$ off the first months rent, and an additional 250$ off the second months rent for working at UTMB, a preferred employer.
So I applied and was approved, and they sent me a lease. The lease did not have either of these promotions in them, and I refused to sign the lease until it was put in writing. After much hemming and hawing, they finally admitted that they could not honor both. BAIT AND SWITCH.
To add insult to injury, it felt like they were trying to use the fact

If you happen to have an issue with pests, the new management team will treat you as if you are the problem. I’ve seen rats here and there around the complex since I moved in in 2019 but never became a personal problem until recently. They are extremely unprofessional. I’ve been living here since 2019 and have never had a problem with management until now. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Every since I moved in, the staff and others who live here have made me feel very welcomed. Krysden and Brandy Ross did a great job helping me with the move in process, it was really easy and quick. Everyone is very kind here and as for the staff, they make it fun to walk into the front office whether it’s to get a drink, go to the gym or get a package. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a home.

Management changed in Aug 2021. New management is extremely rude, and unprofessional. Office staff couldn't care less about the residents. You will be lucky if your calls are answered by the office. Maintenance requests are getting closed without them getting resolved. Horrible communication about critical issues. Previous management was very helpful. DO NOT MOVE HERE NOW !

Old management was much better. The new management has come in and changed everything. Ive been here for 2 years and now they have raised my rent over $200. Almost $1200 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom is highway robbery. Thats also rhe worst thing to do to loyal customers. Not to mention their communication when things are going on in the community sucks. Im out of here as soon as my lease is up. Dont move here!

We have been here for almost a year while building a home a short distance from the complex. Apartments are nice and I've always felt secure. Nice amenities! However, the new management team isn't people friendly and has done NOTHING to assist in extension of lease; it was not a problem with previous management and we literally were told to "rent a hotel room and a storage for your furniture because we have already leased out your unit!" We have always been clean, kept to ourselves, paid rent on time and taken care of this apartment and the area! I'm shocked at how rude and inconsiderate the new

Victory North is an incredible place to live! My boyfriend and I have spent over a year here now and we're super excited to resign. The staff is sweet and knowledgeable, maintenance team is fast in fixing anything we request (i.e. light bulb change), and the property is beautiful. There is plenty of visitor parking for our guests when we host for dinner and we love showing off the volleyball court + fun pool! Highly recommend!

Update from my last review: I’m thoroughly enjoying my stay here at Victory North apartments. Assistant Manager for maintenance has taken care of everything so quickly and is extremely nice individual. Tory the property manager listens to all concerns and quickly resolved them. I feel extremely safe at all times of the night. They have the BEST apartment gym you could ask for with a sauna. Super pet friendly place with dog park and kids park next to it.
