Marina Bend At Clear Creek Apartments

Great apartment. Walls are thin which causes most sounds to be heard throughout the day and night (if you know what I mean). Love the upgraded appliances and style of the apartment. Wish outside appearance was more kept up. Dead bushes and plant are kind of bleh.

This by far, is the best place I have lived. The office was extremely helpful move in day, even though we had some minor set backs. They got everything squared away and am so thankful for that. The location is prime with shopping, dining and night life not far from the complex. I wish I would of moved here sooner!

This Property was Awesome, I would definitely lease here, if it wasn't for the fact that I have 2 VERY EXPENSIVE king beds, and the bedrooms are too small for them...

I love it here. The individuals that work at the community are professional. It's clean here, aside from the building needing to be washed, and the residents are friendly. The environment feels safe and that's is comforting.

This is the 4th time in the 5 months I’ve lived her that I have been woken up by a fire alarm that blares throughout the whole building. I think their smoke alarms are extra sensitive because this is not normal lol. It takes them super long to turn it off. I love the view from my apartment and the rooftop lounge is cool but honestly I think there are better options elsewhere for the price.

Hi, I’m Lindsey! Me and my better half are looking into this apartment complex as an option to move back home: we’re both from this area and we need to be near our family.
Due to the current circumstance, we have not had the opportunity to go and look at the apartments as of yet. However, when I have spoken to the office team, I have always been treated with true lovely sincerity. Just trust me, I can sense an false face and a false demeanor almost instantaneously. If I do get that vibe, I always excuse myself from a situation, turn, and I never look back.

I have been here since we opened in 2017. In fact when I moved in I was the only person on my floor lol. But I have to say the apartment is decent. The construction problems have made the complex look horrible at times but they ARE getting it fixed up. Give it time. Landscaping will be redone as well.

I’ve been here about four months ish now and I love this place. All leasing office employees are super welcoming and take your concerns to heart. When I had water back up in my apartment maintenance was there right away!! He took care of the problem over night and made sure everything went back to the way it was before. He checked in every so often to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any additional problems related to the water issue. After 7 years of apartment living, we have finally found an environment and a home that so satisfying. The look, feel and design of our unit is so beautiful and cozy. The office and management staff are more than professional and friendly. We cant thank them enough for being so helpful and welcoming. We cant get enough of this place and who can not love a roof top lounge!

We were so excited to move to this apartment! They showed us a B3 floor plan with an incredible view on the fourth floor. After that being about the apartment for a few days we decided to apply and put the deposit down. We were approved immediately and at which time signed the contract and paid the full amount to save the apartment from getting rented by someone else.
