I have been living at these apartments for the past 4 years and I have to say the staff is always ready to help. Ms Rosa and her team always go the extra mile to care for their residents, always greeting us with a smile and always attentive to our needs. I highly recommend these apartments to any family, safe, clean, and friendly environment. Recommend 100%

Had a ton of questions about the place bc I'm thinking of moving in to town and Ms. Rosa was very professional and super helpful! She is very informative and nice. She answered everything I asked and even explained stuff thoroughly. I don't think I've ever met anyone else better than this management team! I'm feeling very positive and good about this choice to stay at thanks to Ms Rosa!

I been living here for 5 years and by far these are the best apartments I have lived in. I have not had any major problems overalls. Jessica and Rosa are some very professional, lovable and sweet ladies. They are all for their residents and try and do everything possible to make sure that we are happy. If I could give them a lifetime gift of best management team, I will. Great job ladies of Baypointe 😘

We just moved in here and we are already in love. The staff is amazing, Jessica and Rosa were very on point and on top of everything through the entire process. Very informative and helpful with anything and everything we needed or asked. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The community is very clean and well kept. Our kids are so excited to be here. We are more than happy with everything from start to finish. Wonderful experience.

I have lived here going on 3 years. I don't have any real complaints. It is quiet and well maintained. Repairs are done within a timely manner most of the time.The only thing I will say this was my 3rd summer here and haven't been able to use the pool mostly because of covid for past 2 summers. Jessica has been in the office since I have lived here and is very kind and knowledgeable and eager to help anyway possible. They do try to plan certain events through out the month for the kids and family to do. Rooms are decent size.

Jessica is really nice and also really helpful. If your looking for a new apartment I would advise you to ask for her. If any problem or issue came up she was always super fast to take care of it! These are great apartments! Good location and very close to the schools in this area. 5 star. Thank you Jessica for everything!

Glade to have a manager at the apartment who make sure things are being completed in a timely manner and done the correct way. If there's a issue she actually come out of her office and try to fix the situation instead of being told you can't talk to the manager or the manager just don't care to come out of the office. Giving respect go a long way as well as the way you communicate with the tenants.

If you choose to live here, be warned! The little gangs of kids WILL terrorize you. Thug parents DO NOT CARE. They will go to your apartment, yell and scream at the top of their lungs to get you to come out side... and then if you play their game, you will get reported to the office for harassing them. If you do not come outside, then they will run up to your front door, knock and then take off running. Oh, and the Webster Police are NOT on your side, Neither is the management staff at this HORRIBLE place. You were warned.
