Jordan river Apartments When I 1st came here Randy is the gentleman that help me through all the paperwork and he was so helpful. And the apartment was so clean when I move in and the people that live here r so nice and helpful.and it is so quite here also. Since I've been here I've enjoy myself I feel real safe here I love it here.

What a blessing it is to have found a home at Jordan River Apartments. The Manager is a very kind and professional person. He helped us and answered question. The grounds r well kept and the apartment is kozy. As we have met others who live here they have been welcoming thus far. Set back off the street. Lots of tall trees and mostly this is a peaceful community!!! I am pleased.

Its quieter, clean, seem to be well maintained, animal friendly, it is a retirement (early retirement) community & no children. I like them because they are in a non obvious location so very little traffic if any. Lawns are well manicured & is a very comfortable setting. Like West Jordan 20 years ago still seems to exist.

My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 3.5 years. It was a really nice little apartment complex. A good portion of the residents were long term residents. It's super close to a lot of shopping choices. There is a Cal-Ranch, Arbies, 7-11, Auto Zone, and much more within walking distance. The Jordan Landing shopping center is right down the road. There is a hotdog on a stick and a snow cone place walking distance during summer. Three out of the four Christmas's I worked there I had to plow snow twice on Christmas ( The only time I had to plow twice in a day ). It would take 8-10 hours
