This place is the absolute worst and I've only been here for 6 months. I'LL JUST LIST THE PROBLEMS. Motorcycle stolen, car broken into, Vandalism, horrible upkeep, urine and fecal on doorways/elevators, loud neighbors, mail/packages stolen, flooring peeling from previous animals, balcony floor covered in fecal and urine from previous tenants, trash everywhere, dogs barking and howling at all hours, A.C. and registers dont work, broken fridge, gym equipment missing/broken, public and private access is broken on ALL doors in the garage giving anyone access inside. Absolutely one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The lady at the office is extremely rude evert since I moved here and they don’t care for your needs. I’ve had so many issues with my apartment which was apartment 301. And they’ve never came to fix the problems I had. So I just decided to cut my lease short and left early. Moved into a new apartment and it’s much better. I wouldn’t recommend living here honestly..you’ll see for yourself how bad it gets.

10/10 do not recommend. Wish I would’ve read actual reviews on this place before moving in. Almost every negative thing I’ve read has happened already in the short amount of time we’ve lived here (car broken into, rent constantly changing, etc.) We barely have lived here going on 3 months and cannot wait to leave.

Lived here for 15 months. This place was terrible. Car broken into, office didn't pretend to care, random fees added to bills, if they didn't bill you the correct amount and the difference doesn't get paid you are charged late fees. Office can be extremely rude and not helpful, with the exception of Anna sometimes.

Absolutely adore the front office. After seeing the place and choosing to go through the application process I decided to go online and check reviews. I was a little taken aback by some of the responses on the place. I did a lot of digging and walked around the entire property .. which was super clean and nothing like some of the angry “previous tenants” had posted. The place is great. The neighbors are awesome. I love it.

If I could add 0 stars, I would. We were shown one apartment and received another. We arrived at 5:30 to pick up our keys and it wasn't until 6:30 that we actually were able to go up to the the apartment. When we walked through the door... the apartment was filthy!!! There were greasy handprints on the cupboards food smeared on the refrigerator door handle, food and dog food on the floor. (The floors were not clean at all)! Hair in the shower, a poorly fixed hole in the bedroom door, linoleum was pealing you in the bathroom, lights were burnt out, dirt and food all over the light switches

Horrible horrible place to live been here for a short time and it's the worst decision ever. Besides the expensive prices they have their own utilities you have to pay for an extra 60$ a month on top of Rocky Mountain power and quest star gas. 186$ for a amenities package which has direct tv and some no name internet tv works half the time. They get you with the "nice" renovations in the apartment. We moved in and our wooden tile floors were all scraped up from like a dog or something but it's everywhere which makes it look so classy, not really. The "secure" door

Now that I'm done with my dealings with novi, I feel I can review them without whiplash from management. Management is horrible. The front desk guy victor is not helpful, he could never give you a straight answer about anything, and any answer he gave you doesn't line up with what any other office person says. We ended up getting charged an extra 300$ our last month because they couldn't figure out their billing system, and then they wouldn't refund us. Regardless of all the negative reviews, my family and have lived here for about six months and have not had any issues with management or the staff. In fact it's been the opposite, they've been really pleasant to work with and maintenance has been quick in the minor fixes that needed to be addressed(same day service). Prior to coming here we looked all over the Valley at apartments/ condos and for the price and everything you get here, this is by far the better place. Now, I do agree on some points that others have made. Management and maintenance are understaffed. Hence the unanswered

Novi has been one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. Please take these reviews seriously. When we first moved I didn't and I regret the decision. Get ready to be charged twice on rent on their online system and when you tell them that they charged you twice they blame it on you while yelling at you on the phone. We have gone to talk to the manager and she said she would look into it and never did. My Experience at Novi at Jordan Valley station started out great. I was the very first resident to move in as soon as the building originally opened. Back then when it was under different ownership and management, the building ran great. Staff were friendly, maintenance was responsive, and they addressed issues immediately. That all changed in Fall 2017 when they changed ownership and management to Greystar. Ever since management changed this place is disgusting!!! The trash shoots are always like this! People can't put it down the shoot? And it comes to the point that you can't walk in? Seriously??? There's dog pee on the elevator and they don't care to clean it up! For the amount of rent paid I don't understand why they can't keep it clean!

Novi is a pretty good place to live. The amentinties are nice and it is pretty much brand new still. They just had someone buy Out Alliance and they did not say a word about it. Everyone who was here at the beginning is now gone without saying anything. They have taken away certain features without saying something which is a bit frustrating. You can also hear your neighbors because the walls aren't the best. But other than that, everything else is pretty good.

I moved in and immediately weird stuff has happened without signs of break in and things would get moved around, I feel they have cameras in their units. Management says they have no camera on rooftop because management probably used it to put in units. I have expressed my concern and they disregard.any other tenants have complained about maintenance and the Manager, Trish Richmond, are all in cahoots and seem very suspicious. Our stay at Novi started off a little rocky due to some issues with management. However, since we've moved in, we haven't had any further problems. We love the apartment! It is beautiful, fresh, and clean feeling/looking! The amenities are awesome and Gaven is the best person ever when it comes to costumer service, patience, and kindness.

I've just been there a week now and so far so good. The staff has been helpful and friendly (especially Nicole). The fitness center opens this week and looks great and the pool will be ready for summer. Covered parking is great! Also, about 100 yards to the Tracks station, I have no reason not to recommend at this point.
