I have been working out of state from where I live for many years and this is the first time I have come across the policy of not leasing to a person unless they have been working a company for 90 days. I don't have a problem with company policy but the fact that this is not noted on their website or any of the "apartments to rent" websites just wasted my time calling them.

Apparently they do not respond to emails, so if you are looking to move here I recommend calling.
Why bother having an email address if you aren't going to respond?

OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!
We have been here for 8 months and the living conditions are bad plus we should have listened to the bad reviews. Our brand new car was STOLEN this week. We just had our baby in July and now my husband can not work because we have a stolen vehicle. Now we are trying to figure out how to get our son to his appointments along with grocery shopping, working, etc.
Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Cute and cozy, not updated, but you get what you pay for. Privacy and a washer and dryer is a bonus though along with a private patio is nice in the quiet neighborhood. No pool or fitness center though.

I have lived here for 4 years. 2 years in a 1 bedroom and 2 years in a 2 bedroom. Never had any problems. Neighbors are nice and quiet. The staff is always pleasant, and if things need fixing or adjusted they are on top of it that same day or they are there when they say they will be. I love it here and i recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for an affordable apartment. Can't beat the price in this area for what comes with it.
