I moved here in June 2021.
Very pleased with my place.
Office managers are always nice to me.
I hope to be here for a long time.
I give it a thumbs up!

I went today to look at their updated 2BR, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was. The property is well kept. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, she addressed all my questions. The area is nice too, with acces to everything.

I currently live here. Management is terrible they seem like they have no idea what’s going on. I moved into a bigger unit and instead of calling me they just threw out all of my things and found it in the dumpster. I’ve called to have things fixed. No one has came to fix what needs fixing. Told them I needed things done before I moved in and nothing was done. My first apartment experience was totally and utterly ruined. I am not one to ever ever complain. But I hope this saves some people’s time. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

I left several applications because they kept losing them and when I called for the status every months after droping another off they said they had no idea who I was. Every single time. Even though I had been in office multiple times and left many voicemails and applications. They insisted they would call me when one opens and it's been 8 months. I was told two maximum. This place is a sham and do not waste your time trying to get into this one. The receptionist is nice but unprofessional by openly smoking in front of you. They're beautiful apartments but the staff are incompetent.

I rate it 1 star simply because these apartments are gross. 2 bed 1 bath that goes for 925 (under the “updated” apartment floor plan) was disgusting. Walls were yellow, shelves were yellow, outlets were yellow, kitchen floors were yellow. The sink had hair in it when I took a tour. The cabinets looked cheap, the carpet looked cheap. The hallway leading to the front door of the apartment smelled and the carpet had stains. I cannot believe management really thought that this particular apartment was worth that much. They really need to either implement a no cigarette smoking policy on the inside

I just moved out of these apartments a month ago. Lived there for over a year. I loved my one bedroom apartment. It was roomy and very quiet. I was on second floor which I recommended. I did not have any trouble at all. The office manager Gloria is so nice. I am traveling right now but if I decide to get another apartment I will definitely check with Parkside east first.

As soon as I walked in the doors of the leasing office it smelled like smoke. The older lady at the front desk didn’t seem like she wanted to do any work. She seemed annoyed by questions I was asking about renting a one bedroom. Just because at the moment there was non open doesn’t mean you still can’t answer questions in case one opens during a time frame I’m looking to move. Extremely off putting and I was actually thinking about considering this complex till that encounter, just imaging what any issues or questions I’d have as a tenant would be addressed like. Not to mention none of

I came in the office in September, got some information. Looked at one of the units seemed okay but the door to the building was unlocked. Not good for security but it didn’t seem like a bad area. I liked the style of the unit. They said they had renovated units available in beginning to mid October, I was okay with that so I applied and got approved. They never called, so I called the office at the end of October, woman told me that they would be ready in another month. Asked for an update in two weeks and they never called again! That’s just bad business. Now all those other bad reviews make

I loved these apartments. THE staff was friendly and the maintenance was timely. The apartments are roomy and I enjoyed my stay however at the time I was living there I didn't have the luxury of an in house washer and dryer but I see that has been updated. I would not have left if I didn't move out of state.
