TBDC teachers are all very friendly and excellent with the kids. It is a warm, caring, nurturing environment for the kids. My son loves going to school at your facility and is developing into a wonderful, smart, happy little boy due to the environment and teachers at TBDC. We love it there! We've been at Teddy Bear for over 3 years (with three children).
I don't blink an eye when it comes to the safety and care my children get at TBDC. Open and honest communication between parents and providers is something I expect and I certainly receive that here! We have been going to Teddy Bear Daycare & Preschool for over 2 years and we love this facility! April and her staff are friendly, loving, and kind.

TBDC has been an inviting place for our two daughters. The teachers are caring and experienced, there are lots of engaging activities, and the curriculum has helped prepare our girls for kindergarten and beyond. Day care is extremely expensive these days, searching for one we could afford and gives our child the best care was of the utmost importance.

BEWARE. Would give zero stars if I could. Owner is awful and literally refuses to speak with parents if major issues arise. Director doesn't put things in writing and does not honor verbal commitments to parents. Wonderful, caring teachers but not worth the awful treatment by owner/ poor communication issues with front office staff. Our kids attended for several years and it's really gone downhill. Do not recommend!

I cannot say enough about these loving early child care educators! Highly recommend. Their "play" model is unique and all parents shouls tour there three locations before making an educated decision on where to enroll their child!

Teachers were very nice to my daughter and she loves them all. It’s a safe daycare and the staff really cared about every single detail. After we stopped sending my daughter to the daycare ( because of the pandemic) my daughter kept calling her teacher’s name ( Miss Alia) and the manager’s name ( Jessica) at home.

Our baby was there April-August 2020.
We did visits at 4 other places. This place was the only one that would let us do 2 days a week, so we chose to go forward with them. Of note: this is also the cheapest daycare, per day.
When our baby started, they weren't prepared for him. He didn't have a nametag for his cubby for the diaper bag, or for his diapers, or for his milk. It probably took them 2 weeks to get a label.
I will say there is inattention to detail. When my baby switched from a 2 to a 3 for his bottle, he was spitting up a lot, so he'd need outfit changes. For some

I would encourage parents to make several visits before even paying the initial enrollment fee. My experience visiting the infant room, was not great. The 2 stars for this place is solely for Ms Gail, who was kind and caring. Firstly this place was disorganized, on the day my child was due to start daycare she did not have an assigned crib or cubbyhole, her name tag was nowhere to be seen. I decided to stay with my child for a few hours on her first day. I noticed staff we more reactive, than proactive whilst timings for feeds were written on a white board, children would cry before staff

I called two weeks ago inquiring if there were any openings for my child. They took my name and number and said they'd get back to me as their director was out of town this week. No problem.
Two weeks later, having heard nothing, I made a follow-up phone call. Again they took my name and number and said they'd pull the roster and give me a call back. I'm still waiting for a return call...
First impressions matter. Organization matters. Professionalism matters. My child matters and will be attending a different day care this fall.

In late January, we enrolled our one-year-old son in Teddy Bear Day Care and Preschool. As with most infants his age, he still cries every morning when I drop him off. Fortunately, his teachers, Ms. Allison and Ms. Mary in particular, have been patience in helping him making the transition. They would pick him up from my arms and try to calm him down. As soon as I walk out the door, he would stop crying and get on with his day.
In the past four months at Teddy Bear, I have observed that the teachers and staff members are friendly and accommodating. They work with us to give our son the comfort

Our son has been to Teddy Bear for over 5 months now and we truly appreciate the teachers there because they are all very caring and loving. We transferred our son from another day care that he clearly didn't like cause he cried for 8 months straight in the morning. We could see a huge difference in him since he started going to Teddy Bear. He is so much happier. He also doesn't get sick as often as I notice teachers wear gloves when changing diapers, serving food and even when wiping my son's nose! They are really good at those little details! They keep my son clean, entertained

Our kids have been going here since they were both 3 to 4 months old and they (and we) love it. The teachers are great and you can tell they really care about the kids and their development.
They do a lot of nice special events like Christmas recitals and graduations and our oldest is always proud to perform or bring home a special art project.
It's a great location for us and I'm sure the wait list is long, but it is definitely worth it. The facilities are nice and they are always adding little bells and whistles that help too. Affordably priced for what you see elsewhere in the
