Every interaction I've had with Trion Real Estate Management has been thorough and responsive. They have been prompt to address any concerns I have had and honestly have been the most respectful property management company I have worked with in my time in the real estate industry. I've had plenty of other management companies drop the ball, not Trion. They are able to deliver quality results even with the most unreasonable of requests from tenants, all with courtesy, and respect. I can’t speak highly enough on my experience with Giovanni. I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Giovanni, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found one, Giovanni walk me through every step of the negotiations. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. I have lived in my apt almost 3 years. Last year I got hurt on the job and I had no income. Elena from Trion management was kind enough to help me. She is very nice, patient, hands on, understanding and genuinely a great person overall. She has really helped me when things could have been bad. She would respond back very fast and was very reliable, knowledgeable and showed that she cared about my situation . There was never a time that I had a question that couldn’t be answered. She is very polite and respectful. She’s really just simply wonderful. Awesome team they have there!

Giovanni is the property manager for my area he is very hostile dismissive and disrespectful to women of color. He’s a big guy and acts impulsive. He went to go after me and had to catch himself because I had a witness. Laura is his wife she will probably try to erase this. His wife and her brother Carmelo are the owners. The google reviews they must have paid for. They have only been our management company for 7 months and have had to fire managers because of their aggressive behavior towards homeowners. Not professional they want you do what they say and you are expected it to have a voice

Trion Real Estate Management is one of the WORST 9 to 5 management companies l have ever dealt with. This so called management company is UNRESPONSIVE, NO work ethics just LAZY and extremely rude to unit owners. Unit owners have complained regarding improper billing practices, LACK of services, LACK of respect towards unit owners and failure to render services in which unit owners pay a monthly common charge for. Trion management is my coop management property. As someone else stated they are unresponsive. I have submitted tickets for my apartments, 3 in the last week and not once have I received any calls or emails. My coop board thought they were getting a better management property but not surprising it is a failure. I believe all the negative reviews, the others are probably paid.

I strongly advise you do not move into any property managed by this company. My husband and I lived in one of their buildings for two years. The first year was fine - we barely ever needed to interact with them - except for the fact that they hadn't cleaned the apartment properly and about a week after we moved in, we found bug traps under the fridge and oven full of tiny bugs and hair. The second year was a nightmare. The heat went out in December during a cold snap and was out for multiple nights in a row (my whole family got sick). This was just the start of the gas and heating problems

I'd recommend staying away from any Trion buildings if possible. They don't meet basic standards, and what they do borders on illegal and some things are illegal. When we moved in, it wasn't ready. Burners didn't work, oven and stove were filthy, bathroom not clean, etc. That is illegal and doesn't meet the warranty of habitability. If you're in real estate, don't work for them. If you're a tenant, don't move into one of their buildings. They seem to want to save money by making the super (who's excellent) take care of everything, but he can

HORRIBLE company. This company is a fraud! I lived at one the residential buildings they managed. I moved out November 2018 but I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. They do not want to take responsibility for sending the refund although there are multiple documents (sent directly from the management company) stating they will send me the refund by 12/30/2018.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and resolve the issue. I even contacted the President Carmelo Milio but did not receive a response.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. They have been managing my property (condo complex) since shortly after we bought it in April of 2015.

Unbelievably terrible management company - completely unresponsive to basic questions or requests, no one is ever available to answer the phone, last winter I was without heat for DAYS with no communication. Even the water tasted strange (when it was working properly). Do not work with them, do not trust them.

I am the Board President of a building that has been with Trion for over 2 years. Our overall experience has been very positive and certainly a great improvement over our last property manager. Sara, the Controller, and Giovanni, our account manager are smart, professional and very responsive. Both go out of their way to provide excellent service.
There has been an issue during the past year with staff turnover that caused some problems but Trion has acted decisively to resolve these issues. They have recently initiated a better communication system to address issues relating to unreturned calls
