Cobb Property Management provides the following services for a low monthly management fee: Advertise vacant properties, show properties to prospective tenants, verify and approve rental applications, establish a legal residency, collect the monthly rent, maintenance and repairs, monthly and yearly statements as well as 1099's for tax purposes, non-payment of rent, termination of lease or rental agreement.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

I rarely give bad reviews, but Kathy Morris with Cobb Property well deserves it.
Kathy Morris is the second worst human beings that I’ve ever worked with, zero customer service and zero regards to customer’s time. I have so many examples but here are just a few:
• She scheduled a date and time to inspect the home during working hours and after I requested PTO to meet her and headed home to meet her, she emailed me that she has to reschedule.
• Reported that the AC could not get the temp lower than 85°F and nothing but the round around and sent an incompetent “company” in an unmarked

Bottom line up front - Cobb Realty and Property Management (PM) is Tucson’s finest. The professional, honest, attentive, competent and caring staff are top notch.
I hired Cobb Realty PM 10 years ago based on my research of their track record, reviews and also the fact that Mr. Chris Cobb is a veteran and advertised fellow veteran discounts for PM services. My experience with the staff has always been professional and pleasant at the utmost level.

For 13 years, we have experienced the professionalism, care, and hard work of this team. Cobb Property Management helped us find just the right home 13 years ago. I do not suggest using Cobb Property Management. Firstly, let me say that we always paid our rent on time and in full, so Cobb should have had no reason to treat us poorly. Any time we needed a maintenance request, they were extraordinarily slow. Of the three repairs we requested, one took 6 weeks, and another took over 2 months. Additionally, Cobb failed to provide warnings from two HOA notices about weeds, but was very prompt in providing the fines that followed after those notices. When we moved out, Cobb retained a substantial portion of our security deposit, and a great number of

I rented from Cobb Property Management for almost 5 years and I could not be more satisfied. Kathy, my property manager, was on the ball with all maintenance requests during that time, and the contractors that were sent my way for repairs were local, beyond friendly, punctual, and thorough. The home I rented was nestled in a perfect neighborhood for my small children, just down the road from the elementary school, and it was not the only Cobb rental in the area! They have tons of nice homes for rent in my area (Vail/Corona de Tucson), as well as Tucson, Green Valley, etc. No lack of choice! My

As an out of state investor, I depend on quick, reliable service. Cobb has not been able to return messages in a timely fashion. We have had issues with delayed repairs and inability to prepare a property to rent in a timely fashion. Do not work with this company. It has been an aweful experience where I have incurred financial loss.

We just signed on as owners with Cobb and have been incredibly satisfied! We rented out the house on our own the first time and while our renters were nice, the house was not in rental condition when they left. Additionally the yard needed some work. Within 2 days of taking care of all of the paperwork and coordination with Cobb, the house was cleaned and the yard looked great! Within a week they already had a renter for us! INCREDIBLY pleased with our experience!! I would recommend Cobb Property Management and Stacie Jo Dominguez (who wrapped everything up for us) to anyone!!

I rented from Cobb Property Management for about 5 years. It was a good experience. Anytime I needed a repair they would send someone promptly over.
I also recently bought a house, the same one I rented, from Cobb. Marco Flores and Keith Cobb are a great real estate agents. Marco handled my case efficiently and I could not be happier with how everything went. I received my deposit back in a timely manner which was a huge relief!
