Finding an apartment was challenging and stressful until meeting these amazing people. However, after meeting these individuals, I was able to swiftly locate a wonderful, inexpensive, and roomy apartment. They are patient and wonderful to work wit. These folks are your first choice if you're looking for an apartment or a place to love, trust me.

I enjoyed renting from Monarch. Prior to moving in you sign a lease. Most people probably do not read it and just sign. But on the lease it clearly states when your rent is due and when it's late, what happens if your late on rent, service repairs, and so much more.
Everytime I needed a repair done this company was great at sending someone right away. Yes there may be cases where parts could be delayed or back ordered. But, Monarch always communicated or did what they could to speed up the process.
The staff was always friendly and quick to respond.

I’ve been renting from them for 10 months and counting. So far I haven’t had any bad experience with the property management or property. Just that they come and do inspection of the property every 3 months. I get it they want to make sure tenant got their place taking care of. But it makes you feel like you have the police walking in your place and doing a compliance check. They’re pretty quick to send maintenance. Love my lil place and I’m happy here. It’s a big plus when you have a good property management.

I have been in a home with this rental company for three years and have had no problems with them at all. They have been very helpful and courteous to me with any problems that came up. They have also been extremely helpful and understanding throughout this pandemic. Marcella is always quick to respond to any email I send.

Beware. they are not honest people. My husband and I rented from them and they charged us for there mistakes. we were constantly charged late fees because their system had a glitch and it wouldn't deduct our rent when the funds were available. My husband wrote a yelp review and they decided that the "owner" didn't want to renew our lease. When we contacted them for the lease renewal, they said that they had posted something on our door stating that we had 30 days to move (which was a lie). something like that should be sent certified. so we had 30 days to look for a new apartment which by the way

This company lied to me several times about my security deposit. They refuse to give it back even though I paid my whole lease. They charged me for every repair while renting, then I decided to leave early because it was too expensive to keep fixing things in a house i didn't own. I was told they would try to rent out to other tenants. they posted a few unprofessional photos of cables and walls but none of the actual property, and raised the rent around $300 a month. it was also incorrectly listed as 2 bedrooms instead of 3. I had to pay the last 2 months of my lease since no one else rented which

I have never had a problem with Monarch - in fact, they have been great! They are nice, friendly, attentive and understanding. I was hesitant to call about a backed up sink, scared it would be my fault but they simply called someone and had it fixed. We feel extremely comfortable now calling and asking questions, placing request or simply asking their advice. Kudos!
