I just moved out from Pinecrest Townhomes because I downsize to a 1 bedroom. The Office Manager Ms. Dorice is very nice and respectful. She is always trying to help the tenants. Maintenance is great they are always around no problem. I really enjoy living in Pinecrest.

I’ve been trying for a whole month to get in contact with ANYONE to set up a tour. I’ve called , left voicemails, emails and even tried their Facebook page and never got a returned call or message. If it’s this hard to get in contact with them for a tour, I can’t imagine how bad it will be to live there and never be able to get in contact with someone

The place was new and (Dorice) staff member is just great by all mean make the place more welcoming, lucky to see pple like her wanting buisness in return of a great accommodation its always a plus. I Would recommend this place to anyone.

I lived here for two years and was always pretty happy with the responsiveness of the property manager and maintenance staff. The pricing is competitive for the area and for the amount of square footage and amenities included. The only reason I left is because I moved out of state.

The manager was soo sweet, and she really helped me! She was very professional and understanding with my situation. Plus, the location of these town homes are very peaceful and beautiful. I can't wait to move in!

I have been trying to schedule a tour for several days. I have called numerous times throughout the day and have sent emails. I have yet to get a response....id hate to see what its like living here if they cant even answer phone calls or emails for a prospective tenant.

My experience is I would be more likely to call and look at apt if had general idea of prices. I automatically think must be really exp if cant put at least range of price. Esp if I put dwn move in date which could be flexible.

The place is very good. I highly recommend Pinecrest Townhomes I lived there almost 3 years.
In this time all people that worked in the office were very thoroughly. The actual manager is a fantastic person her name is Dorice.
My only complaint was about the maintenance decreased a little bit after Block Multifamily assumed this property, but I’m 100% sure they are work to get it better.

Spacious units. Great location. Pretty good value. They have quite a few social events throughout the year, which is a great way to meet others in the community. The only reason for ranking only 3 stars is due to them never following through with major maintenance they did on our unit. Also, there was zero communication from them once we turned in our notice. We requested a walk through but they never followed up with us to set it up. Also, they failed to give us a move out checklist, then took our entire deposit without any explanation other than "damages". Considering they left quite
