Feeling like my mail is either being stolen or intercepted by these guys; I’ve been expecting key pieces of mail for weeks, followed up with the senders and they said they sent them out a long time ago. This place has gone completely downhill ever since the new management came in… I wish Taylor and TeWay would come back.

Taylor was awesome.. She answered all our questions and concerns. My family says I am hard to please. Ms.Taylor went out of her way to make things easy for me and I am so glad she was there to help me along the way. This is my first place being in an apartment ever. She informed me of everything that I needed to do. The first impression, are always long lasting. Friendly people, Clean parking lots, nice and friendly neighbors.

Taylor/Assistant Office Manager has been amazingly helpful through the entire leasing and moving process. She responds to questions and concerns right away, and even checked on me after I moved in to see how things were going. The maintenance has been quick and courteous. The grounds are kept clean and the area has been quiet. We are settling in very comfortably and I would recommend Wingfield Apartments to anyone looking.

Freakin awful!!! If ya wanna move in there with all the noise and thugs..or dont care about your credit...and not worried about the tons of money they charge you when ya move out...be my guest...but 315.00 for carpet cleaning when they said i wasnt reaponsible for it...amnd when i moved in had to cover up all the stains in the carpet with throw rugs??? All the kids that bang around till 5 am ...and all the ppl hiding in the shadows outside? I was scared to walk my dog at times! Beware people!!

I've lived here since 2011 and have not had any problems at all. Nice staff, prompt maintenance. The grounds and lighting could use some work but I think the new management is working on that now because I've noticed some buildings are getting a new paint color and trim color. I do wish we could use the pool in the complex just because I'd rather not go to the city pool right next door. Nice place to live overall!
