Would love to leave zero stars! This place is easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. The management is rude, unorganized, and quite frankly useless. They lack any sort of communication skills. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone.. EVER. Definitely don’t expect anyone to reply to a email either. On countless occasions I have went into the office and they’re all just sitting around talking to each other but no one could answer the phone. The maintenance team is also useless. Every time I put in a service request nothing was ever fixed properly. Oh and the roaches….. don’t worry about

I lived here for 17 months. The first 6 months we’re cool, no issues. Carlie, Mary and JJ were wonderful but the apartments are OLD and the walls are thin as paper. In June 2020, I started having issues with noise coming from my neighbor upstairs (whom I later on found out was mentally ill), I was told I could move to another unit for $500. The property manager, James was well aware of my complaints but never intervened or came up with a better solution until I broke my lease in November 2020. Only then he tried convince me to stay by offering me a top floor unit in another building that previously

These apartments are not worth the money. I lived there for nine months with my wife and son. The apartment they put me in didn’t have all of its cabinets and they never brought them all. There was mold growing in my sons closet that they couldn’t find a source of. Piss water rained from the above apartment and destroyed our fire alarm which was never properly re installed. We had a defective lock on our bedroom that we were locked out of overnight and which was broken down the next day because it wasn’t even a lock they had a key to. And on top of all of this they refunded about 30 dollars

TERRIBLE!!! As all the reviews have said this is a terrible apartment complex. For one everything is falling APART.apartment manger is RUDE!!! Mold in old outdated ac units. When moved in the carpet was used an filthy despite them telling me that everything would be new.i have asthma so I requested new carpet an the only thing they offered me was to clean the carpet. They do not require pets to be on leash so they have big as dogs that run around I should have sued them because last year I fell they dont ice the side walk or the stairs in winter.i would never let anyone I know get trapped in a

Strongly recommend you do more research on better apartments than living in this one. It will save you a giant headache. Especially if you have a life crisis resulting in losing a job , and lets say you cant pay to live there anymore. (I'm talking $1,000 dollars) they will only lie to you about sending the final fees and imaginary court date. (Yes I have proof)Just to throw you over to their debt collectors with no warning and tons of excuses. Thanks for screwing our family over! I recommend you have a lawyer if you still think it's a good place to live.

I had a great experience while living at the edge of Olathe. All the staff are considerate and responded quickly when I had a concern. The building's and apartments are clean and well kept up. My neighbors were considerate and friendly. The rent is cheap for the area. The location is walking distance from everything. I lived at the Edge of Olathe for 15 months, but I had to move out of state. If ever I were to move back to Kansas I would move back to the Edge Of Olathe.
