The Park At Olathe Station

Everyone I have met and talked to have been an amazing help! With everything that goes into moving it was all so stressful but Cindi and Evelyn always helped me and were so patient!

Every things,school ,shops ,shopping centers, restaurants....very close you can just walk for few minutes.

I wasnt even going to give it a 1. Please make sure you read your 7 page lease that has 168 addendum to it. Unlike any other complex I have lived, they do not pay trash and water. Your rent is not a fixed amount and will continue to go up every month. I had to purchase a $400 bond, that will not be refunded to me, as well as my deposit. They do a monthly round of the property and charge you for every little thing, but overlook their rotting wood and trash in the parking lots. All of the woods are unmatched and look tacky. I just signed the lease on a new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment today! These apartments are in an amazing location right in the middle of everything, but still have a quiet neighborhood feel to them. They are also one of only a few apartment communities in all of Johnson County, KS that are both affordable and allow larger dogs, which was a must have for me.

I have a lot of negative comments about this place, but I'm just going to hit you with the highlights. First, they will lie to your face just to get you to sign their contract. Then, when you move out they won't inform you of any damage charges, they will just send you to collections instead. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I'd lived here over a year now never lost packages in the mail never had issues with my rent never had issues with maintenance they're always so happy to help I really cannot complain I will recommend this place.

I lived here for four plus years had no problems the first four years the last 3 months were the worst I have ever had. I had ask for permission to put in a roll in shower in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible apartment, as I got older it got harder and harder for me to get in and out of the bathtub. This will be my second year living at the parks, and i havent had any problems until last friday. I went into the clubhouse to discuss my rent because there was some miscommunication. The new manager JD was very rude and sassy to me, and i didnt appreciate it since i am a paying resident. I have basically been charged for something in September they were supposed to charge me in july. I dont feel i should be charge for something now due to their mistakes.
