I have lived here for a year now and have love it! Maintenance is always super quick if there is any issue and the ladies in the leasing office are always kind and friendly to anyone who comes in. The only issue I've experienced is dogs barking below me, as I've noticed sound travels up and I live on the second floor. But this is to be expected at any apartment, and nothing that can actually be done. Communication is great!

Billy the Groundskeeper is Awesome! This dude keeps the grounds in tip top shape. I showed him how the water from the gutter was washing the rocks onto the sidewalk. The rocks were all over the sidewalk as you step down from the steps. I told him this was a hazard and someone might twist an ankle or fall. Billy wasted "No" time in repairing it, THAT day. Billy, from the bottom of my heart " Thank You". Your surely an asset to Wyncroft Hill Apartments.

I've lived here with my fiance for about 3 years now and have no real complaints! The neighbors I've spoken with are friendly, but everyone tends to keep to themselves, which is fine by me. No one is really noisy either!
I've never had an issue with office staff nor maintenance. They're all very friendly and very prompt in helping you, answering questions, and fixing problems. We have had issues with our AC a couple of summers and as soon as we alerted the office, maintenance was checking it out within 30 mins - an hour. Other issues, such as the light in our ceiling fan being out, have been fixed

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Management team does not care about their residents. Filed multiple noise complaints with the office because of noisy neighbors. They did nothing about it. They act like they care.. but they dont. They also will stalk their residents. They also told me since I have a friend staying with me temporarily a criminal background needs to be filled out for someone who is not going to be on the lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This apartment complex is one of the newer apartment complexes in the area and beyond. Prices are very much in line, if not less than other complexes within 10 miles of this location. The office staff and the maintenance staff are here to help you and work with you, as a resident or a prospective resident. Should you need to have something repaired, fixed or replaced, help is a call away. Same for the courteous office staff. Many amenities are available at this easy to get to apartment complex. The only issue here in the winter, is that sidewalks and areas where you can park or walk, are not totally

I've lived here for 4 1/2 years and have no complaints. For apartment living and being so close to a major intersection, it's really quiet. The only reason I'm moving out is because I'm relocating to another city. The rent is reasonable and having a carport included with your apartment is a huge perk (most other complexes charge $40 or month for a carport). I highly recommend Wyncroft Hill!

Neighbors call on you all the time even animal control when you had no idea your dogs barking when your at work. Also their dogs bark all the time and run off leash and on dog even tried attack mine and i'm getting called on...very unhappy with this place. Maintainance comes and goes as they please without knocking! The office does not give you three warnings they give you two before they kick you out. Very upset and disgusted!

My mother's Coach purse was stolen recently when we weren't home. There are no ways to make a schedule if you need maintenance work in your apartment. That means they can access your apt even when you are not around. Can you really trust a stranger with your personal belongings? The only people who has access to our apt are the employees that works there with keys. We had maintenance work done twice recently, and there were no record of it in the computer when they are suppose to log it every time. How are we suppose to find out who went in our apt? That seems very fishy why wouldn&apos

When I first moved in, I loved Wyncroft. Great location with many nearby stores and restaurants, many in walking distance. Free carport with apartment. Friendly staff. A few years ago something changed. Here are just a few reasons why I moved and would never recommend Wyncroft...
After having water shoot across my living room while the building was being pressure washed and my door was shut, I asked for the weather stripping to be replaced. One of the maintenance men came and argued that it did not need to be replaced. Even after explaining the issue with water shooting across the living room
