Honestly this place is just fantastic. The office is quick to respond and always available. Maintenance is always on point too if anything happens, which really isn't often at all. Everyone is so friendly and this is such a safe place to live too. I feel comfortable walking alone by myself to the 7-11 or Harris Teeter! And there's a nature trail here too!

This property is amazing. I stayed here for a short time after leaving the service and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The floor plan had a nice open look while still offering plenty of personal space. The main office has the most friendly staff and great amenities. Harris Teeter is super close which is really convenient.

I Was considering renting this place. At first I checked it out on the web and followed up with a phone call and the person who answered was very competent, professional, and I felt she knew what questions to answer about the place. All in all great facility and I hope things work out so I can live there

We have enjoyed living at Aura for the past 2 years. Some of our favorite features are the gym, pool, and common areas like the business office and movie theater. All of the staff are super friendly and love dogs. One of the best things we have appreciated about living here is the *nature trail* that is just a short walk from the apartment complex. Just a few minutes on foot and you are in nature, with beautiful trees, leaves, and rivers. We walk our dog on the nature trail all the time.

One thing I enjoyed about this location was the luxury setting and feel. This particular community is in a small historic city which is very welcoming to those with that particular aesthetic. However, this location was most popular for me because of the SALT WATER POOL, LARGE CLOSETS and most importantly the AMAZING staff. Beyond the amenities, you find a comfortable and welcome place to class home.

Exquisite apartment complex with a nice pool & adequate workout rooms. The staff is friendly & will not hesitate to help you the best way that they can. One of the staff members, Erin, has bent over backwards to assist me in multiple ways since I've been here. She displays a nice genuine personality & the best aura... 10/10 would recommend.

What a pleasurable experience! I just had a tour with Erin and she was super personable and answered every question I had! The grounds were well kept, clean and the amenities are so appealing!! The apartments are gorgeous. It was a pleasure to work with Erin-especially since I’ll be a transplant from NY. Looks promising that this will be our next home!

Apartments are nice while overpriced. Amenities are good. However, beware of management. Lady in the office with brownish/red hair is a royal pain to deal with and has a very bad attitude, not helpful. Air conditioning cut off for days at a time while we lived there. Management was very slow to respond.
Random pool closures are a pain, and the key entry system is a nightmare to deal with, especially when magnetic key randomly stops working.
Hidden fee for required vale waste service is unnerving, especially when they waste service rarely does it job.
Avoid if you have better options

This review is oriented to William & Mary students: This is an excellent new development. For only a few dollars more, you get a brand new place, nicely equipped and laid out, with amenities, relative to the shop-worn places closer to the College of William & Mary campus many of which are 1970's units without top-end amenities. The commute to the school is only 3.3-3.5 miles on beautiful, lightly trafficked parkways, much of it through stands of tall trees, and one can get bargain term parking at 306 S Henry Street. The staff makes every effort to take care of their guests.

Aura at Quarterpath is a great place to call home. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions that may arise. The grounds and facilities are well kept and maintained by friendly courteous workers. The resort style amenities and variety of apartment layouts are top notch. The location offers convenience to local shops, I-64, and Busch Gardens! I would highly recommend Aura at Quarterpath!
