I highly recommend not moving here. Literally since my day of move-in it’s been issue, after issue, after issue. Some examples include: my dishwasher breaking twice, my blinds randomly falling down (3) times, my ac unit breaking (3) times, my kitchen drawer falling out, my door falling off the hinge, my toilet running that makes my water bill sky high and every time they’ve come to “fix it” they can’t find the issue and tell me to “record it so they can see it.” Their fix to that was lowering my toilet water pressure, while I’m looking at my $83 water bill this month.

Living at Monticello At Powhatan this last year has been a real treat. Everyone from the rental office to the maintenance crew has went above and beyond to make my experience here a true pleasure. Becky, and Katie are so friendly and professional. I will definitely be looking to renew my lease here because they have made me feel so at home. Thank you, for all your hard work. We really love it here! We are moving to our new home soon but our time here has been awesome. The area is perfect, I can walk to Target and Publix if I feel like it. It's super quiet and safe. The staff are great. We needed maintenance a couple of times and they've been quick and professional with the requests. Becky and Kate are two office people that we work with and they are both great. We get community events, movie nights, great neighbors. I can't say enough good things about the complex.

So from day one I have appreciated everything about this place. I got one of the remodeled units and this place hasn’t disappointed. Perfectly located off hwy 199 and with All the things you would want to be close to within walking distance. It truly is more than just apartments it’s small community living done right. Office staff and maintenance always performs above reproach. Truly satisfied to live here for a while I’m stationed at Ft Eustis. Side note my boys love feeding the ducks in the pond rice.

My fiance and I stopped by this property as we recently relocated from Gainesville, FL and are looking for a home here in Williamsburg. Although there was some confusion coming in at first since I was coming from out of state and didn't get to tour the facility in person, Katie and Vivianne have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. They're super friendly, accommodating, and bring the club house to life. So far, I've have lovely experiences with all the neighbors, the grounds are well kept, maintenance is on top of things, and the pool is lovely. My daughter and I are enjoying this thoroughly.

From day one, our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The community is well maintained and everyone is so friendly—including the leasing office and maintenance. Extremely pet friendly, all of my fur babies get their fair share of love. There are beautiful amenities including a pool & well cleaned gym (Especially during COVID). They go above and beyond for their residents. 12/10
