I loved my time at The Pointe. From the moment i first toured the grounds, I knew it was the place for me. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well maintained. The grounds and facilities are well taken care of. It's extremely close to 64 and many shopping areas are within a 5 minute commute. The maintenance team is very responsive and perform quality, timely work. The office staff are very friendly and customer service oriented. They always took care of me. Under Falicite 's leadership, I know the Pointe will continue to flourish in the years ahead.

After seeing some of the 1L star reviews, I felt like it was necessary to write a review. I have lived at the Pointe for the last 3 years and could not have asked for a better living experience. I am not posting this to get "points," I am posting this because this has by far the best living experience I have ever had. The maintenance is very friendly and always willing to help. I am too short to change light bulbs and they have helped change them. When I make a request then come at the time requested. The front desk and concierge is always willing to help. My partner and I have been living here for just over a year and it's been great! We live in one of the two-story units and it's very nice. There are plenty of windows, which our cats like, and the rooms are airy and spacious. There are also ceiling fans in most of the rooms, which helps with air circulation. My partner, who is taller than average, especially appreciates the high ceilings. The back patio is a basic concrete slab but good for relaxing in the evening. I also love having a dishwasher, and after living in a place with communal laundry, having our own units has been a dream. The stovetop

I lived here as a student at William & Mary and absolutely loved it. The place was pristine upon move-in, and whenever I submitted a service request, they would complete it within hours. The staff was very helpful and easy to contact, plus they always had fun events arranged for the community! I would have 100% kept living here if I didn't have to move cities.

Advantage is allowing pets and having a garage. But very expensive for what you get. Property is aging and construction is cheap which means you hear your neighbors movements at every hour. Nonstandard air filter you can't buy in a store meaning it only gets replaced at maintenance intervals. Air ducts full of dust. Paint cracking off patio. Carpet needed to be replaced years ago (shows traffic patterns) or at least stretched to the room size (eliminating the creases across the room which you can trip over). Tiny screws used on exterior doors meaning they're very easily kicked in. No visible courtesy

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 2 months now and we love it!! Staff is friendly and inviting as well as happy to help with any issues we have had! Even through the pandemic there has been great events for the community to take part in while still social distancing and they have done amazing job updating us on each event and guideline to keep everyone safe! We definitely recommend The Pointe at New Town, it has been an excellent place to live!

The location is great but the community is not that great. Especially during this pandemic residents are utilizing of the public area such as the pool area to sun bath while the area closed and has been clearly stated to the resident that it is closed by the community management. In addition residents further disregard public safety by utilizing the public area inappropriately in groupings that seem unsatisfactory. The management staff again has informed us to remain safe and distant however this is disregarded.

Location is great if you need to live in Williamsburg area - but that is all I can say.
They will nickel and dime you, to death, don't expect to get your deposit back. Every week seems to be a new impromptu inspection that is mandatory. Water pressure is non existent. Walls are paper thin. The signs say luxury but there is nothing luxury about their units. I have never lived there but I would recommend High Street area.
