Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. They attempted to get $3,000 out of me after I gave them my notice to vacate even though they said I did not. Michelle and Brad are terrible people and literally laughed in my face when I confronted them. Then they threatened to send me to collections. There is a lot of crime in the area and they will not admit it to their residents. Not enough parking. Walls are paper thin. Terrible layout of apartments. Believe the negative reviews because they are totally accurate. Avoid this place at all costs

The team at Elan Williamsburg has been nothing short of excellence!
Michelle was able to deep dive into what I truly am looking for in an apartment! The Community itself is just spectacular and the team communicates so well to each other. Shirae, the Community Manager and Kelsey, the Assistant even introduced themselves to me while I was touring! I wish I was able to move in immediately vs the end of the year! Definitely will be back!

The amenities were above and beyond what most apartment complex’s offer and the apartments themselves were stunning. Michelle was friendly and informative. We had lots of questions and she answered them all. We aren’t moving for another 8 months or so, but we’re definitely interested in living at Elan!

Met with Kelsey today!! What an AMAZING property manager! She was full of positive energy, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful in answering all my questions. What a PLEASURE. She invited me down to take a look at a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath unit and had all the answers to my many questions. Never pushed me to make a decision, but instead allowed me to take my time. I'm so impressed by the service. In a time where so many companies don't value good customer service any longer I see it as even more important. I was having A/C issues and submitted a regular (not emergency) ticket on the Sunday night before Memorial Day. I expected a response on Tuesday after the holiday, but got a call from the service manager… that night.
He apologized for not getting to me sooner (even though I got a response within about ~30 minutes) and he came to fix the issue that night! He also let me know he would come back 30 minutes after he fixed what he thought was the issue

Elan Williamsburg is a wonderful new community! I was privileged to have a very special event there recently at their clubhouse and I can tell you my guests were certainly impressed with the hospitality and the… relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed refreshment, the cozy fire pit outdoors and a game or two of pool while watching football! It was a little something for everyone. I look forward to spending time there again soon!
