I see an earlier comment about this complex working with people with bad credit. I don’t have the best credit either but I’m a single mother of a four year old and living with an elderly parent and they turned me down during the pandemic. So obviously I didn’t qualify for a chance but maybe that’s a good thing after reading the reviews.

Infested with roaches. Most of y’all reading this already have your mind made up where you’re going to live…but hopefully this helps if you’re undecided. Roaches were/are under the sink and come out IN the dishwasher (don’t ask me how). The a/c doesn’t work and it takes forever for anyone to respond from the office or maintenance. Good luck

Love my new apartment home, the rental office managers are very friendly and fun to be around Sharon and Deborah. They immediately took me in even though my credit was weak and they immediately sent the maintenance workers who are also cool when I had issues with my stove and had it fixed in an instant. The rent has never gone up with my friends who live here, highly recommended place to move in to!!! ☺

Descent living experience, but they only returned $69 of my $200 damage deposit when I moved out. I’m a clean person and cleaned the place from top to bottom when I left so I was very surprised to not receive my full damage deposit. In all my years of apartment living, this is the first time I have not received back 100% of my damage deposit.

I have lived here before when it was village of woodshire and it was a mess, my apartment was condemend before I could get settled, I loved being here the rooms are spacious and the location is great which is why I gave them a second chance, now its under new management and the staff here is awesome, I turned in a list of small problems nothing major thinking they will come later but one hour after I turned in the list maintenance knocked at my door and with the list and fixed everything on the list. This place is awesome and the staff is a group of concerned hard working people who are like family
