I want to preface by saying that I never was a resident, but I applied here and the front office staff was nothing but professional and courteous. We worked directly with Sheila and she was completely welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The place was very nice and affordable and we're a little bit bummed that we didn't get to live in Colonial Pines. The only reason we decided against it is that we found a place similarly priced that had larger units and was a lot closer to our workplaces. Otherwise, we would've absolutely moved in here.

I highly recommend Colonial Pines apartment complex. It was our home for almost 3 years. Management is so lovely and kind always helpful. Maintenance is always on time. We liked living there. Great prices for great apartments. Location is good walking distance to supermarket and Colonial Williamsburg. It's quite and clean community.

Colonial Pines is the best apartment complex in the Williamsburg area. First. the price is very affordable; the cost includes some annoyingly variable utilities like water and trash. Second, it's in a great location; I-64, 199, and the Colonial Parkway are all very close, and Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary are both within a 7 minute drive. Third, the quality is excellent, and even if something breaks, they will show up the next day to fix it. Fourth, and most importantly, it's extremely well managed; they are personable, welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend coming to check
