Terrible experience with management, there’s definitely favoritism going on. They do not take your concerns or problems seriously let alone the management here takes forever to reply and that’s if they reply at all. Your privacy also isn’t respected here, management more than once has violated my privacy so if you want privacy this is not the place. Overall this has been an awful experience, the management is rude and so are some neighbors. I would think twice before moving here because you’ll find out for yourself, you will regret it. The staff at Elevate have been so great and accommodating. We were having a minor issue with our A/C the other day, and John came by the unit within 10 minutes of submitting the maintenance request, was able to diagnose and fix the solution on the spot and followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. A+ service and just an overall very friendly guy! Thanks John!

I want to appreciate the staff at Elevate for their support during my move in experience. Emily was so friendly and willing to jump in and help me get an ideal apartment. She stayed on top of checking into my questions and concerns and followed up regularly. She also helped me get moved into a temporary place until my permanent apt was ready. Margie was also very engaged and helping at any point. I dropped in un scheduled one day to see the temp place and no one was available so John offered to take me on a tour. I just met Jenny and she is also very supportive and willing to help at every step

From the first call I made to the leasing office to my move in, I have had nothing short of an amazing experience at elevate. Emily, the leasing consultant, was extremely helpful in finding a place that worked for my budget and needs. John (maintenance manager) has been nothing but excellent and does not hesitate with any and all maintenance requests. The community is very friendly and the amenities are unmatched. I spent several weeks looking for apartments in the Chanhassen/Eden Prairie area and none come even remotely close to Elevate. If you're looking for your new home, look no further.

My husband, two year old, and I relocated to Eden Prairie from Ohio less than a month ago - landing at Elevate to call home. We could not be happier with our decision! The building is newer, modern and very clean. Elevate has awesome on-site amenities that are well kept up with including a large gym, business center, community room with a bonus kids area, and an AMAZING rooftop lounge with a plunge pool and grills. I believe I may have been the first human to move into this building, and we've enjoyed our home the past year and a half. Residents are friendly. Units themselves are fairly updated and comfortable. Gym on site is nice to have. There has been some change over in management, but even with change over the team is consistent in service. Kayla specifically has been a constant friendly and helpful face for me in the front office who gets creative and doesn't just answer questions with a "no" like you may experience with many apartment management teams. I would highly recommend checking out this building

My experience with Elevate has been nothing short of amazing. I had been looking for a place to live for a few weeks and had searched all over the twin cities. Sure, there are other nice places out there, but Elevate is beyond what I had imagined for myself. The minute I stepped into the one bedroom I had tears come to my eyes because it was so beautiful. I moved here from WI last Fall. Once I stumbled upon the Elevate Southwest Station development I knew this was the place for me. The units reflect a new edge design making for an airy, bright and extremely spacious living space. The coffee bar, dog park, fitness center, amazing pool/grilling area are just a few of the amenities offered.
