Eden Commons is a dog and cat friendly community. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with no weight limit. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and shots up to date. Vet records may be requested. Other small or caged animals allowed, please call for details.
Breed restrictions (mixed breed or full) include Akita, Belgian Sheepdog, Belgian Tervuren, Bouvier Tervuren, Bouvier Des Flandres, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Irish Water Spaniel, Komondor, Pit Bull (or variation including or aka American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler.

I lived at Eden Commons many years ago and i loved it there. Today my sister and I walked by there to see my old apartment and it surely brought back great memories. I can see they take very good care of the grounds and the building and the reviews are looking great too. I would definitely consider moving back there in the future. I can't understand why a current tenant would write a negative review on here. Couldn't he have just brought the problem to the property manager so they could resolve it? I think that's just plain rude to do that. Just rude and mean spirited.

I just noticed today that my garbage disposal doesn't turn on. I'm sure it was unplugged during the faucet installation. and the sink was not cleaned up before the new faucet was installed.
Also a simple brillo pad scrub could have been initiated to ensure a nice finish to the project. The old faucet left a rusty crusty residue on sink before the new faucet was placed on it. Just thought you might want to have a checklist that your maintenance people should have to ensure the best possible outcome and a well satisfied customer in which I was not this time.

Man, Eden Commons is the best. Seriously, we lived there for two years and just recently moved out of state. The location is prime! Right off of 494 and across the street is the mall and target and anything else you would ever need.
We met some really nice people while we lived there. The staff is excellent, from the people in the office to the maintenance crew, all of which were top notch. During Covid, they all were on top of giving updates on when the pool was opening or when the workout room would be available. They made sure that everyone knew what the plans were and what to expect.

Eden Commons is fantastic. We just recently moved out because we moved to Texas but we loved staying here. My fiancé and I lived here for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say. Location is awesome, people are friendly, maintenance and the cleaning crew rock! The office staff was always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Annemarie! She was great and was always there to help us whenever we had an issue. Sheri was very helpful and understanding especially during COVID. I definitely recommend living at Eden Commons.
