This location does not like anyone whom does not look like them! I came in to fill out an application and each time I viewed an apartment it was gone. Then they call the police on me for walking around outside the building. Which MN Statue states 911 calls that are FLASE is a fine from $1,000-$20,000 and possible jail time. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, I WOULD NOT WANT YOU TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID. FIND A NICE PLACE WITH NICE MANAGEMENT WHOM OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND. THEY DO NOT STATUE 609.765 AND 609.78 * I HOPE SOMEONE BRINGS A LAW SUIT AND FILES A CLAIM!

It is apparently standard practice for all guests to ask their hosts each time they visit the Venue whether there is work being completed on the building that could cause them to be towed. When discovering my vehicle unexpectedly gone 12 hours prior to any work being started on their parking lot, I was told by the property manager that it is their residents' responsibility to notify their guests of such work and that "several" emails had been sent. I would suggest that in addition to this, the Venue invest an additional 5 minutes of work and post an 8.5x11 sheet of paper on the entry door notifying

I love love love living at Venue! The apartments here are absolutely stunning! My apartment is perfect for myself, my partner, and my two cats. I also love the amenities, especially the sky deck. In the summer and fall months the fire pit and grill/smoker on the sky deck are my favorite to use. On top of that, my neighbors are great and I love spending time with them. I have never lived anywhere that matches the sense of community or the feeling of security that Venue has.

The Venue apartments is a great living community!! There is a wide range of people and pets in the building! The managers truly care about all the residents and have rewarding monthly events! I feel safe, secure, supported and cared about and would recommend this apartment to individuals and families of all ages!

I moved into the Venue last November to get out of the city and I absolutely love it here! The apartment and staff are wonderful and it's extremely safe and homey! I felt at home right away. I love the amenities the Venue has to offer as well as the sense of community that the staff promotes. 5 stars, has exceeded my expectation!
