Place makes you put a $400 deposit down when you apply and then when your app is denied, they will not have an option to retrieve your money from them. I highly recommend telling them you won’t be paying a deposit till your app is approved.

Awesome Place, management is nothing short of amazing!! Very very spacious, and they keep the community clean. You are close to everything, which is great!

I have live here 6 years and the outside securely system has never been hook up to my phone. I have never got the new throng to get in the security doors. I have to ask people to let me in. I have been told there no more. I have asks for apt keys to be change because I think someone has a key to it. I was told it $75.00 Bazon the manage has hung up on me. Nothing will be done until this manager is gone. People are moving out because of his unprofessional treatment. There are no good things going on any more. This building has really downgraded you keep changes the assistance s there not the problem

This place has coach roaches which we apparently got from our neighbors we have to empty all cabinets every other Tuesday. We pay close to $2,000 to live with coach roaches. It comes out. while we have guests over. It is disgusting

Awesome place to live with lots of space! Management is great and friendly. Shared spaces are cleaned frequently. Really fair price for the size of the apartment. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area too!

Full of bed bugs.
Elevators don't work.
Management was GREAT before the building was sold. It used to be a nice place.
Now it's a cesspool.
Nothing gets fixed or done.

I must say, Nicole and Barzan have gone beyond to make sure our business has been taken care of during the updates in the building and our snowy winter. Once they got a good grasp of the positive changes in the building, they have done a fantastic job. Any unfavorable reviews must stem from a not so easy transition in ownership. They have things running smoothly now and we love it here. Keep up the great job.

So far so good. Space is reasonably quiet and staff is accommodating. We had an easy time moving in even though one of our roommates is in a wheelchair and had concerns about getting around in her chair. Things went smoothly. No complaints as of yet!
