I stayed here for a couple of years. The place is nice and well presented. Some info about the apartment complex:
- The public areas of the complex are well decorated and have a nice ambience.
- My apartment had a very nice view of foliage!
- The aircon unit is quite loud and was located in one of the bedrooms. The air movement is effective however. It helps ensure the apartment air is fresh and mold-free. Apartments in other parts of Eden Prairie have some very serious mold problems.
- The apartment lacks some on storage space due to poor cupboard design.

I wouldn't recommend this place, it's not so great here. The apartments are loud and you can hear neighbors, kids running up and down the hallways and crying babies, which is expected with apartment living. But it's the on-going construction that has made my stay here unbearable. In the past 8 months it's been non-stop projects, construction dirty hallways, water shut downs and loud hammering noises all throughout the day.
I'm all for updates and improving the property but more than a 24 hour notice from management would be nice. They've also "updated" our kitchen appliances to smaller and cheaper

I rented at the bluffs for for 3 years. The building is lovely but only the building. While I lived there I contacted management about maintenance and other things around the building that were in need of repair. They would say they would get to them and wouldn’t do it. They charged me for things on move out that they said I didn’t pay for. They didn’t send me an itemized copy of damages. I had to call them multiple times about this information. They charged me to get the carpet cleaned when they told me they were ripping the carpet out and to not worry about it. When I talked to the manger

Update: I'm not sure why management is saying that we were never shown a model unit with updated appliances. See the attached photo of the model unit during our tour....
I would like to first say that for the most part I have enjoyed my brief time living at the bluffs. The gym is clean and well kept, parking spaces are large, and the one minor maintenance request I made was completed the next day. Overall, it's a quiet and relaxing place to be and work from home. Also, Arvig for internet was extremely easy to setup and has been reliable so far.
However, not everything has been a good experience

As applicants, we are having a bad experience with this apartment complex due to being approved on 7/30/21 for an apartment and we have yet to receive a lease or hear from anyone from the apartment complex or Dominium Inc. about this matter after numerous emails and phone calls seeking to understand what is going on. Our expectation based on previous experiences with other property was that this process would be completed within five days.
We had a great experience with touring the property, seeing a model of the apartment, and were excited about all of the amazing renovations they are working

Edit: Management ended up waiving the rent from the extended lease. Overall I didn't mind living here - the parking spots are big, the amenities are nice when they're open, installed Arvig Fiber works great for internet, and the area is very quiet and safe. Working nights, I could go for a run at 2am without any concern. Would recommend for families or older individuals looking for a quiet spot to move into.

I want to preface this by saying that the bluffs is getting two stars only because I love the unit that I live in. My home is exceptionally comfortable, and I look forward to retiring inside after a long day of work.
Now to the guts of this review. I have a couple of complaints. My roommates and I have lived here for less than a year. Since Covid began, we have received letters under our door twice stating that we owed money when we didn't for various things, the most recent stating that we have been using two parking spots in the garage, (we have only ever used one). Both times we received these

Absolutely love it here. The location is great, easy access to 494, 212, 169, close to all the shopping and needs while still being secluded and not in the middle of everything. My apartment doesn't have the most "up to date" appliances but everything works and functions as it should. In unit full size washer and dryer, HUGE balconies, and the outstanding amenities really separate this place from the others. Some other things I love are the indoor self service car wash (comes in handy in these MN winters). My one and only complaint (which is super minor) is the elevator I use to get to my floor

The Bluffs have been a wonderful place to live for the past year. The amenities including a hot tub, pool, roof patio, movie theater room, work out room deck/patios for each apartment, community rooms, private location, and beautiful views from nearly every apartment give this apartment a step up above many other apartment complexes in Eden Prairie. It is very Dog and Cat friendly, and a nice dog park less than 1/4 of a mile away makes owning a dog quite easy. In addition, it has the option of Fiber Internet, which is a big deal to a tech nerd like me who remotes for work very often. The staff

Lived here for one year. I really liked my apartment. The amenities were OK. The pool is really small. People smoke on the roof so didn't go up there much. Also, the company seems to have some shady practices. For instance, the company will give you a paper outlining your rent increase and other new fees (they are now charging to park in the garage, something that was previously included) only 1 month before your lease is up but you are still expected to give 2 months notice before leaving, thus ensuring they make more money off you. Every other place I've lived gives the rent increase 2 months
