I have lived here since September of 2020. SO many things have broken, it’s not even funny. No 24 hour maintenance, and my A/C has broken TWICE now on a Saturday evening, which means I can’t get maintenance here until Monday. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for the amount i’m being charged monthly for rent!

I’ve been working with Dana and she’s made this the best easy moving process. Hands down the best service and so friendly! I’ve been moved in a little over a week almost 2 weeks now and she’s continuing to help me with any questions and helping me get any issues fixed. Beyond amazing service and I highly recommend these apartments just let alone for her service.

I was working with Dana, she’s very polite, professional and really cares what you are wanting in an apartment that you want to call home.
I could call her or email (even in her days off) and she was very responsive and helpful.
The one bedroom I looked at was perfect, it actually looked like a little house the way it was laid out. I didn’t end up renting from them since my work situation changed due to Covit.

I’ve lived here with my family for about 6 months now. We moved in at the beginning of the pandemic and the employees went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of over the phone without having to meet in person. They got us in our apartment quickly and have been of quick and reliable service ever since. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, although there hasn’t been many. The apartments are in great shape and very homey. My family and I have been very happy and comfortable here.

I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half and I have LOVED IT!!! My particular unit was not remodeled fully, but that was fine with me because the price! The price was so low compared to other apartments I have lived in. I have lived in LUXURY apartments before and paid the price for them and I still prefer station 121 over those previous apartments. My maintenance requests are always taken care of almost immediately. Any questions I have Shannon (the office manager) has always taken care of it right away. She is who showed me the apartments when I first was looking, she remembered
