"The neighbors are quiet and friendly. And it is wonderful to have the dog park fixed down by the A complex! I do wish those with Alarm clocks would remember that not everyone needs to hear them and snoozing the alarm for an hour or so is really unfair to others that are trying to sleep. I enjoy the community and the Staff have all been great!! Thank You"

When we signed contract we were told that the 500 dollars deposit will be refunded at the end of contract. When we moved out we were told refund will be in Cheque and will be sent through mail. Six months had passed we did not received a single penny for refund. Please provide copy of the itemized amount why you did not return the deposited money or the damages that you charged us!!!! Please provide picture as evidence of the damage. When we moved out from the unit everything is in order and clean. Another thing is my car was towed at 2 am even there is parking permit! THE GUY WHO TOWED MY CAR

Absolutely love the community and the attentiveness to the needs of residents. They are very well rounded and will work with you on so many different things! Paper thin walls , haven't lowered rent with covid and the down turn. Now they're towing vehicles even though parking spots are not filled up by any means. Rent some where else if you have an option. 10 parking spots open parked at 4 am after working nights and my truck was towed because I lost my parking pass. They want 250 to make me a new parking pass. Like living under the mobb extortion at its finest.
