Shayne has been the absolute best to work with! She goes above and beyond to help out the residents here. Initially my experience here wasn’t the greatest as it felt almost impossible to get ahold of anybody when you needed something, with continual promises to get everything taken care of and no follow through. When Shayne took over the position everything improved so much. I’ve never once had her not answer questions or the phone. She’s always helpful and she does everything so quickly! Quite the manager! I’m sad to be leaving her behind in Williston. She’s made an incredible turn around

My husband and I really enjoyed living here at Eagle Crest. It was always quiet and the neighbors were so kind. The office staff was helpful and when they weren’t in office, they were good at returning my calls promptly. Shane who worked in the office was the best! If we ever ended up moving back to Williston, we would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff and a smooth move-in! Apartment was very clean when we moved in. Great location, roomy apartment, gym in every building, playground, and garages available. Kitchen is much better than some apartment kitchens. Living room is quite large.
The only thing we don’t love is that we are on a side of the building that does not get any direct sunlight through the windows and the parking gets limited if you are getting home after 5pm. Sometimes we have to park on the opposite side of the complex.
Overall, would recommend!

Could use better management, Don't ever want to return emails or phone calls unless it's convenient for them. Maintenance takes a long time to fix stuff and when they do they have a stealing problem so watch your stuff closely if you decide to let them in. Other than that this is a really nice place to live very roomy, has nice appliances, little play yard for doggies and kids, and a nice garden area.

We were moving from out of state, and it was very difficult contacting this apartment complex. Apparently they were going through a staffing shortage, which I definitely understand. Still, even when I would call during their office hours, no one would answer or return my messages in a timely manner. The office staff kept messing up our lease agreement, and it took a lot of emailing, phone calls, and texts to finally get it right just days before we were due to move in.
