Great place to live staff very friendly and helpful for all needs. Problems are quickly addressed recommend staying at north gate to friends and anyone else looking for secure and very updated apartment. Also love the theater and workout facility. Community grills and fire pit fun for all just love being a resident of North Gate thanks Karina your help is appreciated.

"Northgate has seen some major improvements in management in the last year! If i had an issue with being short on rent, as long as i kept in contact with them they were great at working with me. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, the rentable clubhouse is always clean and inviting. They also have the safety of their tenants in mind. They are sanitizing the common areas, along with the hallways and stairwells quite regularly. I have loved here for the last 2, going on 3 years now and have no want to seek another apartment. I have lived here for two years and if it wasn’t for being relocated for work I would continue to live here. The manager and assistant manager Scotty and Chris are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. If you need some thing fixed Brandon is Johnny on the spot and gets it done ASAP. It’s a very quiet community with great amenities. I am sad to be leaving but wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff.

Absolutely 💯 enjoyed our stay here. One year of wonderful. Always easy to pay our rent via the residential portal. Had a few minor issues but staff were very responsive. Grounds were clean, need a few more doggie stations as there are many dog owners. Fees were acceptable for pets. Staff were always very responsive if I had questions. Thank you for a great year.
