We live here at the Bluffs, and it honestly is the best place in Williston to live. The office ladies are very nice and helpful, especially Mrs. Amy. The maintenance staff is really good to. It never takes long for maintenance ticket to go through and get taken care of. The Bluffs of Williston has an elevator in each building, and are very handicap accessible. They also have trash chutes, so you don't have to take it out in the winter, they are open year round.

As far as the apartments themselves they're great! Very spacious and beautiful.When somethings happening to the property they do send out emails to let you know but as far as communication from the office staff and maintenance... thats where they plummet in my book. 9/10 you won't receive a call or email back about anything. A month ago I put in a maintenance request and noone ever contacted me nor fixed the issue. And overall I've just had a really hard time getting ahold of people here.

Amy has been so wonderful in walking me step by step through the process of starting my next chapter at the Bluffs of Williston! Although we were sold on all the amenities it complex has to offer, she really sealed the deal. If you are looking for a great place to live in Williston.. call the bluffs and ask to speak with her.. you will not be disappointed!

I just moved into The Bluffs and I am in love. The dog run in the back of my building really sealed the deal (not to mention the underground parking) but the friendly staff has made living here even better. Amy made my move-in process go seamlessly and any questions I have had are answered promptly and politely. 10/10 would recommend.

We have been here for a little over two weeks now and we LOVE it! The move in was such a easy process! Amy was so so patient with us and made it a breeze! They are so nice in the office and make you feel welcome, I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place! Amazing experience! If you’re looking for a WONDERFUL place to live I highly recommend The Bluffs of Williston!!

I lived at The Bluffs for 4 years and it was amazing- they are the definitely the highest quality apartments in Williston. They are sooooo quiet, the buildings are always clean, and the apartments have higher end fixtures and finishes that truly set them apart. Compared to most apartments in the area that were built cheaply and in a hurry, you can tell these were actually built the right way- it makes all the difference in your living experience. The office staff is super personable and always gets things handled. Maintenance is wonderful and super nice. With all of the above plus the dog park
